does the mylar in tents ever need replacing?
No Mylar doesn't need to be replaced, and you wouldn't be able to remove and replace, without unstitching you whole tent lol.

That being said I drag my pots and shit all the time in my tent, it hasn't left a mark on it lol

Love the DR90, but purchasing a Gorilla soon as there is a little bit of leaking in and around the zipper area and I didn't care for the plastic corners. Don't get me wrong it does the job but I will be upgrading to a larger Gorilla soon.

I'm looking at getting a tent...Something like a 4x4x6.5 size....

I was thinking of running a 600w light in there...I'm new to these high powered lights...I've really only used cfls...

What kind of light do I want in there ? I've read something about digital dimmable ? Are those good ?

I'll also have some kind of Phresh filter in there too....

i'm sure digital dimmable is the type of ballast you'll need to run a high powered light
i use a standard compact ballast - works fine for me

hps bulbs emit the most light (lumens) but also emit the most heat so you will need to vent out the stale hot air

a phresh filter would come in handy when the smell kicks in

Ive had 4 tents of various brands and out growing them has been my only trouble. I will caution anyone that plans on stuffing one into a tight space to double check the actual size of the tent. We were setting up a friends 50"x 60" closet and got a 4'x4' tent for it. Turns out the demensions of the tent was 54"x54". Returning a tent online is a pain in the ass.

total noob here. Below is my planned setup. i have a few questions. thanks for any help

Tent #1 - Mother/clone/veg -
Jardin DR90 twin 3'x3'
Mother/clone part - i was going to use some t5s for the mother clone section. do i need fan for the mother clone section? i was thinking no.
the big part would have a california lightworks solarflare 110 (led) for veg. would i be ok with a 4in fan/fliter combo? do i need a carbon filter in veg? also, how should i filter intake for dust/bugs/etc...?
Tent #2 - Flower - 3x3 tent with 2 california lightworks solarflare 110 for flower. I was thinking a 6in fan/filter combo.
Tent #3 - males/dry/trim - i want to be able to sit in here and trim without it smelling the place up. also, want to use it to dry and put males in here to collect pollen. i'm assuming i just need a small light for keeping a male alive a few weeks. I was thinking of a 6in fan/filter combo to run on slow during the dry process. I don't want it to smell during the drying phase. What size of tent would i need? 3x3?

How should i exhaust the tents if they're all in the same room? should i connect teh ducting between the tents? just exhaust them into the same room? if it's a closed room do i need to run CO2? can a carbon scrubber filter out male pollen?

I want to keep the watts down for various reasons. That's why i'm not going with bigger lights. This only for a personal medical grow. My main concern is having an even remotely high power bill.

Thanks,
