What is IBL? And I would love to try something high cbd. I have no clue what those effects would be like

IBL means inbred line with means the line/cross has been stabilized and will show no variation in phenos. 90%+ will be very consistent phenos everytime a seeds is popped. Great type of line to make crosses with but you don't see too many of these as it takes years to make a cross IBL and most breeders don't do it since they have to sell seeds to make money so that why you see all the f1 crosses. That's why when you see f3 lines and up they cost money because of the work the breeder puts in. People always complain about the price of Loompas gear but that's because everything is worked. Look for a great IBL to grow bro

Bro I don't know too many IBL that's for sale right now. The couple I did know they're not for sale anymore. I'll have to check around to see what's out there but there are some crosses with IBL but don't know them off the top. I'll get back with you and see what's out there

Getting harder and harder every day. Part of what I was referring to earlier. A lot more work involved that just simply crossing two decent plants together for seeds to sell. While the demand for the pollen chuckers exists...it's less attractive to put aside so much time. Look at Green house seeds for example. Absolute shit. But making more money that anyone else. It actually seems tightly linked lol. The more crap you crank out the more money you make from the masses. The really good breeders are only doing smallish releases and putting in 10x as much effort.
There's some good stuff out there too though. Ones that come to mind are the old school landraces. So anything like the Durban or Malawi or Columbian gold etc. Or some breeder created IBLs would be like Reservoir's Chemdog or Sour Diesel, Tom Hill's Deep Chunk or X18, Sam Skunkman's Skunk #1, Dutch Passion Cali Orange, etc.
CBD is amazing. Sometimes you'll come across a strain that doesn't really give you a typical high. More body relaxation..and a clear head feeling. That's my experience of it. I find it extremely helpful with chronic pain. Enough I've bought the Harlequin from Bodhi. Expecting great things. If you're trying to get high as a kite the CBD strains are not ideal. After the first few cones you get sober again almost. Like the first couple get you high but then more decreases it, just getting you more body stoned.

Okay I got you, yeah I am realizing what you mean, as I start into research for the journey. Breeding is amazing and it seems like there are a lot of old skool cars we should be gratef for stabilizing amazing genetics but that means that everyone has a cross of everything and you can have 5 samples of Sour D and none of them could be the same or some of them could be the same or all of them could be the same lol, crazy. Yeah, and thanks to you and @akhiymjames i feel my urge to splurge on seeds getting stronger lol. Just got to stick to what I have, breathe lol.

yea finding good IBLs is tough. But it's not the only way to get good genetics. I'm actually not even going to look for IBLs as much as find nice individuals and do my own. I want my own strain..something that's perfect for me..as opposed to something that's perfect for someone else who bred it.
Haha yea man..if I had the money I'd buy heaps lol..huge list I want to get..and more keep coming out everday. Just need more space and time. Would love to get into breeding some day

Bro if you saw my Rocky Patel box my seeds were in you would be like damn bro. I went on a spree this year. I don't really buy much for myself so this is what I like to get. Gonna be doing the same thing next year too lol. Now it's time for me to do what I want and just work with all these great genetics and enjoy it and have fun. I've already placed two orders and have two more to place then I'll be done for a lil bit till I see something that really interests me

True that! Well I am cutting branches from the male to go in cups, putting a clone of pheno #1 into the same 3 gallon(with some new soil that has been cooking longer with a few different amendments such as 1/4 cup neem, 1/4 cup crustacean meal, 1/5 cup alfalfa and 3/4 cup gypsum to 9 gallons give or take of LC soilless mix 1 with dry amendment recipe #1 and azomite and minerals added, 2 cups glacial, 1/2 cup Azomite, 1/2 cup glacial rock dust)
I have also been bubbling an AACT with 2/3 cup EWC, a handful of Thermal Compost, a pinch of Kelp, a dusting of rock dust about to tablespoons molasses in a little over a gallon of water
I will be watering my clone in with that mix 1 quart water 1 quart AACT and feeding my girls with the same and putting the leftover in my still cooking soil and that's it....I'm waiting on two clones of pheno #2 to root so that's annoying but it's been less than 2 weeks.
Oh, I was waiting on a sample pack from myco fusion but they never got back to me. I wanted some Mycos mannnn. I will have to research who else to buy from, maybe DragonFly Earth Medicine or there is a guy on a forum that has beneficial fungi packs, like BU, I don't remember.
I will post pics later, but until then, I recieved a care package from a GageGreenGroup, skunkmunkie. He is legit, idk, I wish I could thank him with a smoke lol. Until later

I've heard good things about "Great White" and "OG Biowar" for mycos..haven't tried either but probably going to try the biowar nutes.
Sounds like some nice strains there man.
Yea that's def one of the best things about the rapid rooters, no need to mess with the roots so less stress.
Looks pretty vigorous..really good for outdoor, also pick out individuals that are naturally lighter green..they require less nitrogen generally and so will perform better being left alone than ones that require lots of nutes - which are fine for indoors where you can feed them regularly etc.

Both of those for myco are great. Great a White is expensive as hell tho. They have a cheaper version of it too made by the same people. There's lots of good myco out there Roots Organics Oregonism XL Caps Bennies.

22 days in 12/12. Pheno 1 then Pheno 2 she wants cal-mag but I am not going to worry because it's not too bad and it's already week 3-4 and my soil is still cycling. I might add a layer of compost with some oyster shell that I am going to get as well as Mycos. Last is a lower nug shot of pheno 2. The tent reeks lol. In a good way
I also am seriously considering one of those UVa bulbs or uVB? To "wakethemup/putthemtosleep" quicker....any advice or personal experience with these?

Update:
Day 27, watered them with the LK and a bit of molasses and a bit of compost. they are cal-mag whores. Pheno 1 smells like oranges and citrus and rotting peels. The other one smells like earthy piney with a hint of gas at the end.
They look good, starting to pack on the trichromes as well. I just put a clone of pheno 2 in a 3 gallon Hempy, and then I have a clone of pheno 1 in a 3 gallon smart. I think after week 5 I will pop a new pack of beans, I just have to decide what. I will be making seeds with the lower buds of each clone. Pheno 1 smells amazing

Looking awesome man. Glad everything is going well for you. Interesting about the Orange hope that one stays different for you. Figured you would get an OG dom pheno. Should have some nice flavors with Cookies in the mix

They are both similar in the bud structure, but the Orange peel one responded well to the topping I gave her so she wants to be bushy like her sister but I didn't let her. The lower nugs that are straight up shaded by big fans are so frosty which is nice. I like both, and the Orange smellingg one has swayed me to it haha. The smell is so nice when I put my head near the top at the carbon filter and it's warm.
I just went and smelled them again. They are so different in smells. The citrus/sweet smelling one is like candy and sunshine, and the pheno 2 is like sharp, burning rubber that deepens to a earthy gasoline spilled on the pavement smell. I like both lol, I can't have a favorite yet! They would know that I picked one over the other

Okay, so what would the OG structure of buds look like? I know it signifies a medium yield plant, but don't know all the nuances about growth structure. OGs smell like how my pheno 2 smells right? There is a lot of OG in my particular strain. I would love to pop some of the Tahoe cut x StarDawg and find a male that is really OG leaning and cross it to pheno 2 or the male's pollen.
