I chose sunshine advanced mix #4 for my medium and have the GO box by general hydroponics for my nutes. The room is outfitted with a 440cfm fan with a carbon filter and a air-cooled hood all be ducted outside with a window ac and space heater hooked up to an electronic t-stat to keep my temps at optimal levels. My seedlings are a week old and in a closet with 4 4' t8 fluorescent over them. My strains are dog, cheese surprise, Sour Kush x Deep Blue, OG Kush x Casey Jones all from breeder boutique attached is a pic of seedling as of today. I am planning on re-potting them sometime in the next couple of days, do u guys think I should give them another week under the t8. The only problem is keeping the rr's wet the dry out kinda fast and i can only get to my room once a day so i am eager to get them in a larger pot so I wont be so stressed about them drying out. Also do these look stretched? and if so can I bury a rapid rooter into my sunshine mix to solve the stretch. I feel like the leaves would be better if they were a little closer to the rr's. They are about 2 inches tall to 1.5 inches tall. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Not much fun growing empty pots, better to consolidate under that lamp, keep an eye on your night temps...see the red stretched stems..lol I may be wrong as many new strains are doing this

The tray holds 72 I only planted 20 beans and have 18 sprouts as of now. they are all 2" away from the flo. it's 4' long, and has 4 37watt florecent bulbs running directly above the seedlings, plenty of length to cover the tray. How could i consolidate?

Huh? What do you mean consolidate? Did you look at the pics? The plants are right next to each other.

OP, I wouldn't worry too much. They look a little stretchy but you can bury some of that stem when you pot up. I would wait a little while before doing that. At least another week. Try germinating your seeds directly in soil. I use solo cups and repot after 3 weeks or so.

I went ahead and transplanted them today. Hopefully they will be alright. I put them in one gallon pots all but two of them when I pulled them out they all had quite a few roots sticking out the sides/bottom. I was going to wait, I to thought it would be ideal to transplant maybe next weekend, but ole lady is ragging me hard about all the time i'm spending looking at this site and building my room. I got away today alone so I went ahead and tied up the finishing touches on the room and potted 16 of eighteen and left the two seedlings that sprouted just a couple days ago. I had given up on four of the seeds so is was super stoked to see those two sprout! Still hope the other two pop open but it's been awhile since i planted them. I have the light 3.5 feet above them and watered them in till i had a good bit of run off. They are now under a 1000 watt metal halide. Hopefully they take to their new inviroment. Yeah when i grew outside I used soil, but spending almost 100 dollars on beans i felt like rr's would give me a better chance of germination. Probally wont do that next time. I appreciate the advice StanlySpedowski. I can't grow enough outside to last the whole year for me and the ole lady so built the room. Man I gotta a lot of money tied up in this i hope it works. Like I said before any helpful advice is welcome i am inexperience and every thing i 'v learned to date has been off this site.

Oh yeah, so i shouldn't get any adverse side effects from burying the rr's under the soil some? I covered them lightly today but still have enough room to add a little if i can.
I bought some fence today so I can scrog them

Also FIMed most all of them a couple days ago. They are in 1gal. pots as of now, how long before they need to be transplanted? I want 9 females out of them, they haven't been sexed yet so I don't want to transplant until I know what's male and whats female. Any suggestions about how I should do this would be great. Any chance of some preflowers showing anytime soon?
I've got 17 plants in my 5x6x7 room as of now all of them regular seeds from Breeders Boutique, under a 1000watt MH. They have been in my room for about 2 weeks now with the MH, before that they sat under a florescent for their first week/week and half. The growth since being under the HID is incredible!

I ended up with 7 females, they have been getting 12/12 since April 29th. They are just getting enough pistils to where I don't have to strain my eye's to see'em.IMG_0775.JPGIMG_0776.JPG IMG_0778.JPG IMG_0779.JPG IMG_0780.JPG IMG_0781.JPG IMG_0782.JPG IMG_0785.JPG IMG_0786.JPG IMG_0787.JPG IMG_0775.JPG IMG_0776.JPG IMG_0778.JPG IMG_0779.JPG IMG_0780.JPG IMG_0781.JPG IMG_0782.JPG IMG_0785.JPG IMG_0786.JPG IMG_0787.JPG
