I don't think anyone thinks Jeffs gonna rip anyone, it's just folks are frustrated at the lack of communication, and turn around time on their 420 orders. We all understand it's a one man show. That doesn't change the fact that when people have 500-1000 out in seeds they get antcy

Just seems like people think they're doing business with Amazon prime rather than a super swamped one man operation. One week wait and people are flipping out and saying they'll never do business with GLG again. They want him to respond promptly to all their emails while also shipping out hundreds of orders. Understanding is one thing, being understanding is another.

I've never been on the vitriol campaign and have only seen one user who has said said they weren't doing business anymore with him. people like myself who horde and never have much turn around time, get a lil anxious when it takes a few weeks and you don't even get a "hey I'm busy all is good". It's a business, consumers expect certain things. Maybe unreasonable things at time but, but expectations none the less. Greenline, Seed Vault, and JB Co. Didn't miss a beat. That's all it is...

If it truly is a 1 man show... why all the "us" and "we" jargon on the website? Unless one refers to oneself in the 3rd person often...GreenTools is confused...

Just Jeff and his wife I believe.

And the us and we is because it used to be a group effort. Now it is a one man show. GLG was started by others then taken over/ bought out by Jeff.

Also got my shippi.g info today. One week after payment.

DBJ also had to deal with a lot of people who ordered too early for the 420 promo and canceled their orders too make new ones.

I admit to being one of those. I got home from work on the 15th came straight in and placed my order. Then realized I had 2 more hours before the promo actually started.

In today's mail.

Touchdown here as well. Nothing like 700 bucks making it through the door! Yep!

Got an email today ships out tomorrow.

I got an email from DBJ this morning too. He was apologetic to me for something we were both at fault for so I take my hat off to him. I also apologised profusely for the mix up as well. He sounds like a true stand up guy that got majorly swamped!

No movement on my order yet...payment arrived 4/20...
