If in a bind, try find pyrethrum based sprays. Thrips, mites, borers whatever, total kill zone. No secondary poisoning and it is organic which means POTENT. Extracted from chrysanthenum blossoms. I have just beat down trips as well, they lay eggs in our soil mixes bastards. This round I used Spinosad, much reduced phytotoxicity but instead of a day it took 10.
You can use a vacuum cleaner to suck thrips off bud. Doesn't work that well with leaves, but spidermites too can be vacuumed up if you can't spray any longer. Might ruin a few fans but meh, better than residue.

I think there is a thread somewhere like that with multiple strains on one mom but I will be damned if I can find it now.

I've seen the grafting done before. It's kinda hard to do with cannabis but it works. I think it's hard because you have to work very fast and not let the cutting and the branch it's gonna graft to dry out. Gonna try this myself one day so I could just have one mother plant with about 6-10 strains on it

Im having a hard time finding someone that will ship it to Canada, we have retarded regulations on pest control. YET they bring in every foreign fucking insect they can to destroy our plant life. If you want a good laugh take a look at the invasive species that have been let loose in the USA and Canada to control other invasive species brought in to control other invasive species. This shit has gotten way out of hand and yet these are the professionals that are doing it.

Heard on the news the other day they are bringing in parasitic wasps to take care of a beatle infestation that they brought in to take care of some other infestation. Yet we can't buy basic organic bug controls.

Well this quickly added up to $150 god damn. Hopefully this shit lasts a while. I got a pyrethrin-sulphur based spray.

All I was going to order was Bodhi's book and some cloner plugs....then this shit lol.

Jesus I hate ordering liquids. my order is $85 next day shipping and duties it's 165. Im going to grab the insecticidal soap, the one thing I can get locally for sure, and do that tonight and save some money on the shipping and wait 7-12 days for the rest. Hopefully if the soap doesn't kill them it slows them down enough.

The bottle of 9.99 neem oil I have in my cart on Amazon.com is $32 on Amazon Canada just to give you an idea of how ridiculous bug control is in this country. The difference in price for that alone is covers the duties.

I would like that but the raping of ship charges prevented me! I always wondered why canadians and euro guys complained about equipment prices yet had access to ebay and amazon. Guess you just explained it. What is free shipping here in the states is not for others.

That sucks.

On lights and ballasts duties are INSANE, as much as the lights and ballasts usually. It's ridiculous. Ordering a 150 light from cali is easily 350 to get here and those are the no name ones lol :)

Swapped out the sample SNS for pints the duties make it more economical, paying the same for the duty either way and 5-10 more for the pints.

LOL well it says by October 28th it will be here.... I think I may have missed something in the fine print. Hopefully what I can buy locally will take care of em while I wait for all this other stuff.

Shit my bad never realized you were in Canada. I can stealth mail you some for emergencies. A bottle will set you back 12 USD roughly. So not like I will cry about donating you one. Our import duties are also downright crippling. A 500 USD LED panel will cost me more than a grand to get here. In your money that is a shitload to us...

Well luckily, I guess :), I have a month before that stuff ships so if I find a solution in the meantime I will just cancel it.

I'll try cinnamon tonight with some insecticidal soap on the leafs tops and bottoms.

i ground up cinnamon bark and poured the powder into near boiling water. and just shook it up every half hour. came out nice. i did 5 grams of cinn to 32 oz water. when thats allset you add few oz of the cinn/h2o to a pint or qt of fresh water to dilute the cinn/h2o. the recipe called for 3g so my 5 is double strentgh. shit works on other bugs too, ants for sure

alcohol 70%is and water mix i have heard but the best things from what the big heads tell me are rosemary and lavender as far as natural remedies.

you can spray foliar with an aspirin water combo to supress symptoms.
rosemary lavender are def big one! mint, eucalyptus, and theres more! they should be 2 or more in combo to really knock em out.

I'm going to try and make my own little concoction here, I got a list of plants that repel aphids and mites, Mostly spices.

Going to try Garlic, Basil, Dill, Catnip,Peppermint, Rosemary and Cinnamon. No idea what kind of concentrations to make, just going to go by the seat of my pants on this one. Seems like all of these repel mites and aphids and whiteflies. A lot of the stuff I ordered is derived from these ingredients. Going to make my batch pretty potent :)

Also going to grab that insecticidal soap concentrated tonight. Give them a good spray down with these and see if I can't knock it out over the next week or so.

My Blue Tara is fattening up daily, if I wait a month I won't be able to spray it with anything without bud rot. So it's act now or never type deal.

I got a pump sprayer, so I'm going to spray these concoctions on and then rinse them off and repeat every 48-72 hours. Also going to take everything out of the closet and spray it all down with the soap and give it all a good wipe.

I'm starting to think I brought these in from my outdoor veg. garden, I'm noticing marks on my peppers and tomatoes that look very much like the damage caused by thrips and aphids. I was fucking around in there up to my shoulders and didn't shower before I came into my indoor garden. It's either this or because I was negligent with my cleaning duties either way 100% my fault and not just some random bug intrusion.s

\Going to soak what's left of my soil mix with the things I grab tonight too, make sure I'm not just treating the plants when the soil sits withing 5 feet of the grow closet.
