grape krush done at begining of week 7?

As the title says. All my tops look like they are ready and its only day 50. The other phenotype looks like it def has another week at least. However, this looks done and has cloudy trichs and about 10-15% amber. I was thinking of just straight water over the course of this week then give her the ol' axe? Any input is appreciated.

Actually should say beginning of week 8. The other phenotype still has long white hairs and is a little squishy but this one is receding, ambering, and flowers are feeling pretty solid. I will get a picture of the trichs later today if I can. Unless told otherwise I will probably wait until the weekend and see how they are. Just doing want them to over ripen.

My other thought was chopping the tops and letting the bottoms go another week?

Also, thoughts on using nitrile and powder free gloves to clip then place in freezer bags to acquire "finger hash" from it?

When you touch the buds you remove a good amount of oils.
