If he was tagging the Taliban, the bombs were only off by a couple miles. Are we still grading him on a learning curve?

If Obama sucked as a street organizer, then what makes you think he can run a military?
At the same time doing nothing will allow ISIS to expand. If you want my opinion, Obama should let Russia and France coordinate the air strikes. Russia is working with Assad. Assad knows what is happening in Syria and where.
In short, Russia has more valuable allies in defeating ISIS.
