I have a Benjamin Trail, it's a solid air rifle. Very accurate.

If noise is an issue, CCI makes "CB caps" that are quieter than any air rifle I've ever owned.
I've shot rodents, rabbits, blue jays, and squirrels, w/zero stopping power issues. It's basically a tradeoff between fast & light projectiles vs slow & heavy.
The same tradeoff as .17 HMR vs .22 LR.
