Have all my medical cards. Never been arrested or convicted of a crime. Have a full time tax paying job.

30 of the plants were unrooted clones.

I'd say it all depends on your lawyer and what county was this? Also, did they seize your assets i.e. bank accounts, cars, boats, basically any items of finical value a crackhead would steal to hock to a pawn shop? I'd take what I can afford and start seeing some attorneys.

I'd say you're fucked. Not sure about the laws up the re but it doesn't sound good. If they busted you it's because they think they have a case.

The DEA raided me and they were pissed. They thought I had other drugs or more plants i guess? They passed the case to the county, they have not charged me yet.

Oh yea, may as well accept losing a lot of money. I know a dude that got popped a while back and the lawyer alone was over 20K but he didn't go to prison. Probation only. That beats the hell out of getting ass raped in the state pen.

I don't know exactly how it all played out. I know the lawyer was a former federal prosecutor. Anyway though, I keep my distance from people that get busted. Not to be an asshole or anything but I know how people get when they're desperate.

This is what I've been saying would happen, fed led. Did you let it slip some where that you had that type of count or how do you think you were the lucky chosen one? ps I would have some feeling of relief, knowing it had been passed down, I know that sounds funny, but it's not if you're out of the fed guidelines/court.

Section 8 of MMMA or the Affirmative Defense and Dismissal for Medical Marihuana allows for a "uninterrupted availability of marihuana" not simply the LARA regulatory limits noted in Section 4 (12 plants/2.5 ounces per patient). I'd suggest coming up with a good story as to why those numbers are "reasonably necessary to ensure the uninterrupted availability of marihuana for the purpose of treating or alleviating the patient's serious or debilitating medical condition" and finding legal council willing and able to support you and that argument.

Im very interested to see how they got a warrant. Like I said no one has even been in my house. And as far as I could tell it did not smell outside. Even if it did smell I doubt they can get a warrant based on that. Im a medical card holder, I have a reasonable explanation as to why my house should smell....right?

It sounds like someone made up some lies and told them I has thousands of plants or other drugs.....?
