OK another update I have cloned the first round of Nevils haze, they have rooted and been potted today. Today I also clipped my first clone from the gorilla cookies. Need more plugs so I can do the blue cheese. View attachment 4056218

Now as for the veg room we had a few issues with losing power but everything has turned out ok. My gorilla cookies clone was rooted in 8 day! (Yeah I know right) sorry I didn't get a pic of the roots before planting it I should have! But the 4 blue chz clones are still in the clone dome, no signs of roots yet but looking healty-ish. And all my mother's are happy and loving life!CM171217-235408002.jpg CM171217-235418003.jpg CM171217-235427004.jpg

That sounds like a nice mix
I think bluecheese was blue dream x exodus cheese, both number one strains.
I still want to do cheese x chocolope and cheese x white choc. Something tells me the fruityness is going to mix well with the chocolatey flavour.
The chocolates are also nicer in the mouth, both have an uplifting high, (late harvest cheese will put you in bed though). Hoping to also end with something with a flowering period closer to the cheese, which is less than 8 weeks.

Yea I like short flowering strains never been a big sativa person, and hate flowering for more than 10 weeks!

keep an eye on the humidity in the room. The biggest mistake people make is to just let it go where it wants to.

There are some very good videos on making worm compost (feed it the same way you would to make good compost (this includes very little nitrogen and table scraps though).

Nitrogen is the devil ( at least in the way we have been using it) Only two things like it, weeds and bacteria, neither of which are of much use to us. We want the fungi, and only enough of the bacteria it likes to eat.

OK ladies and gents I've begun the building process of my worn farm. Just a simple 2 tote worm farm, youTube has 100s of videos so I won't get into too much detail. Basically I'm making mine where I can stack a new tote on top and let the worms migrate fron the bottom/finished tote to the top new and fresh made bedding!

I used three different size holes top are about an inch and will be sealed with this mesh I found to prevent escaping worms, tiny holes on the side for extra air flow, and about half inch maybe smaller holes in the bottom so worms can travel from bin to bin, sorry the bits I have don't all have sizes, but it's not hard to figure that part out!

My plan is to use the mesh and a hot glue gun to cover the big holes and still allow plenty of air flow. But now I need to go buy a sanding block before I can start gluing.

This post will take few days to complete so bare with me, still haven't received my worms yet!
