if you're looking only for quantity, look into a big bud strain, or a cross containing big bud, something like critical plus would fit the bill..
saying this though, big bud is known mostly for big yields of not so potent bud...

Yeah I do agree with stonerman it does depend on vegetative period although seed bank websites do usually have an avg. yield for each strain they offer.. On herbies seed bank they do anyway? Or mayb google it? Good luck man, I just received my seeds all way from UK and I'm so happy they made it safe and unmolested by mr border patrol.. Maybe just use herbies pick and mix and just get 1 of each out of a bunch of femenised/regular strains? That's what I did and I'll keep a log book of my whole grow to determine the best IMO of my 8 diff strains.. I'll also Post it up here once I done =)

I would go with 1 of the critical crosses there are many such as critcal jack & critical sensi star.
There are many more than these.
Go to attitude and use the search for critical and all the crosses will come up.
Some of these crosses pack alot of power.

Just use some white paint for the walls, white paint is like 95 percent reflective or something crazy like that. If your looking for growing equipment locally, which is probably better then ordering online, You should go to your closest garden center or plant nursery, If they don't carry the things your looking for, they would gladly point you in the right direction.

I would recommend super skunk HANDS down if smell isnt going to be a major issue. Its a very solid, balanced plant in all aspects. You get some of it all, yield/quality/hardiness/resistances/margin of error/sativa/indica on and on.
As others have said, HTG supply. Thats where I get my stuff.
As far as the mylar, what the above guy said, flat white paint, its not quite 95% reflective, but its more than enough and has advantages where stuff like mylar does not, but thats a much longer discussion.

In the 3 years of my perpetual the best 2 yielding under my 600w has been Sensi Seed's Super Skunk that averaged 4oz per plant and Female Seed's WW x BB pulled off 3.7oz per plant. These were vegged 45 days and topped once. The SS still keeps a spot in my mother tent but trashed the WWxBB, it just wasn't as quality as I like.
