Good pic of bug...what is it?

I have a few of these guys here and there on my 12" clones. I'm topping some at the 2nd node and some at the 3rd node so not much vegetation will be left and the problem is just in my veg. tent so I hope it will be easier to get the bugs. I've been spraying my gnat spray on the leaves for the last 3 days, seems to keep them at bay. Also, I got some neem oil and I am learning about spraying that stuff at this point. Hopefully I get some good advice today and done deal.IMG_1961.JPG

Agreed, pyre thrum will fix that.

As you know chuck i'm personally a SPINOSAD guy when it comes to pest issues.

SPINOSAD is definately my go to product should I need it.
Thrips, caterpillars, aphids, spider mites, white fly, fungus gnats etc etc.

They are eating the leave tops and some leaves have holes. I Sprayed neem last night. Only see a few at a time at present, but at one point there were about 10-20 to be seen at one time. I'm ready to transplant and don't think it's a good idea if I see bugs, or is it?
