Or they still made a profit due to how cheap it is to make.......Chinese rarely take a loss on anything they export, will fight you tooth and nail to avoid it .
Never said they didnt profit, but if u read whole thread you'd know how I emailed them and they are trying to build a reputation, I'm sure it costs 30$ to produce a light probably less lol

Spectrum and par value is what matters not the price tag or name brand like you keep trying push 4 or 500$ brands, ill shop at aldis not walmart for the same 30$ actual cost to build for a large scale manufacturer. Id rather give a poor man less money more times than a rich man(company) any money.

Spectrum info
How's that apply to your new light?
Nice Looking light too BTW!
Those MiGros in the video are quality.
You're right, spectrum & par values are what matters. And you are also right, you will not get a better spectrum or par value for that cost from any mass produced fixtures or even DIY prob. Good buy if thare what's most important to you. It's not for Growers trying to make the most out of a space as far as G/sq' or GPW. But is a nifty light for some hobbiest.
No CFL's will out grow LEDs w/ lenses.
I say congrats on your new light man!
I like it & would buy them if they were all top-bin, made to be efficient. Love me an enhanced white spectrum.

You really don't understand your not paying less if you factor in light output per dollar.

I understand. I'm paying 1$ per watt I stead of 1.75 or 2 with kind led. I really need 3 of these lights for my 2x4 and your right I still would be spending 350 for 3. But yea those migros look pretty nice. I'm getting a taller 2x3 this summer and I'm definately getting an optic cob or a bloombeast

If your "watt" puts out half as much light as my "watt" you have to pay for alot more watts so it's not cheaper

Here's a kind led 270w https://www.kindledgrowlights.com/collections/k3-series-led-indoor-grow-lights/products/k3-series-l450-indoor-led-grow-light?variant=20370346695

Vs quantum board 260w
https://growerslights.com/collections/horticulture-lighting-group-quantum-board-led-kits/products/horticulture-lighting-group-260-watt-xl-quantum-board-led-kit

The quantum board will put out alot more light for a fraction of the price cobs come in around the same price per watt as the quantum boards.

Ive emailed growerslights 3 times simply asking for dimensions, they have yet to respond. Pretty stupid that they dont have the dimensions in their descriptions. And pretty poor customer service considering I dont even have the light and theyre ignoring my emails. Makes me think their 30day warranty doesnt mean shit because they wont respond

I know it says the length right on the site... Width is like 8 in. So you want the cheapest light possible but you also want perfect customer service and a warranty?

Never said I was buying cheapest light possible.I believe I keep saying that I'm getting quantum boards or migros. I'm simply saying theyre giving me 0 customer support, which if I have an issue with my light from them with such short warranties, would piss me off is I spent 350 on a light that needed to be repaired due to a random defect and the company waits to contact me back after warranty is void. But I expect some customer service from any business for anything and these guys give me no response. And I didn't see lengths on an y qua ntum boards

And yes. The led market is becoming very competitive. If you dont have good service you will surely lose business to another company. By you obviously I dont mean you or us, but as a business owner myself, my family has operated a company since 1969 family owned and operated. We are successful still bc we beat competitors price, quality and prompt service and the desire for perfection and keeping people happy. Word of mouth is strongest influence on purchasing. For instance I want to try quantum boards bc of your recommendation, if it was not for you all telling me about them, id literally never even have heard of them. But when someone has a bad experience with service or product they will go somewheres else. The operators of that company simply disregard customer service which is poor operation of any business selling anything point blank.

Yeah your right but if you message the company that actually makes the product they will get back to you very quickly. I linked you a company that just stocks and assembles the product. This is the first batch of product that hasn't sold out in 20 minutes some people waited a year to get their hands on these boards. Anyone that has actually grown a few times with quantum boards had to camp by their computer an order them the second they came in stock.
