So I just picked up a 1000w switchable ballast, econowing reflector and super HPS bulb for $160 all brand new, 3 year warranty on the ballast (he said he would switch it out personally, no tech support to deal with). From what he was telling me, him and a few friends do bulk buys and get the equipment extremely cheap and turn around and sell it pretty cheap. I did some shopping around and this is some of the best prices around for NEW equipment. I met up with him, he was driving an extremely nice car, well groomed, very polite, very professional, I HIGHLY recommend him. He also said he gets different types of equipment every 3-4 weeks, so if he doesn't have what you are looking for he might have it soon so give him a call if you're interested.
