Started some seeds for the BIL. 8 Big & Stinky X CP1, 4 each of Hurricane Head, Ass Cheese and Gorille de Raisin. All but the Ass Cheese has some sort of BST in their lineage. DSCF3992.JPG DSCF3994.JPG

Also took four packs of old seeds off my books. Planted in trays along with pepper seeds, going right to left as they sit along the garden fence. Not much chance of them popping, but I hate to just toss them.

Purple People Eater #2, seeds made in 1999. It's funny to think of the small amount of purple in this strain, and the fact folks loved it. This was one of my two main strains for several years. Planted in the tray with California Wonder bell peppers.

Moving to the left, the Last Supper. Year unknown. To the best of my knowledge, I have not grown this strain. Can not remember how it got it's name. Planted in the tray with Jalapeno peppers.

To the left again, it's PPE #3, grown in 1999. I was late for work, and couldn't find the bag of mini sweet peppers seeds in my truck. So these are planted with Crimson Sweet, 2014 seeds.

Looking closer at http://farmersalmanac.com/calendar/gardening/ , I see that Saturday, Sunday and Monday are good above ground days. I was running around like crazy before work yesterday trying to get those seeds in soil for the BIL. Didn't have time to do any for me. I was really liking how those HH seeds were looking. I have about talked myself into putting a few of them down this afternoon after work, or in the morning.

The spots I have picked out for these BST crosses is an area where I had planned to do my Spring crop. (between the 3DT and JP patches from last year) But someone on the next land over might have seen me digging the holes, so I didn't go back. That was before Christmas, so if they did see me, maybe they have forgot. But it is in a wet area, and I plan to make this a Darwin Dope patch. (#Survival of the Dankest) There is not a lot of cover, so I will have to tie them down most likely.

Took food and water to the Peach plants. Still seeing some grasshopper damage. Didn't spray today as it was still spitting rain when I went.

I planted 4 Hurricane Head seeds yesterday. These came out of a bag of buds that wasn't labeled GN or FP, so not sure which strain of HH it is.

I took two more bags of seeds off my books today. Planted Brenda's Spastic Posse in a tray with Grand Bell mix pepper seeds. These seeds were from three ounces of pot bought Nov 2004 through Jan 2005. What was commonly called NAFTA. ie green Mexican bud.

I planted 9 seeds yesterday in three holes, with just wood ash for ferts. Will look back and see if I can figure out what they were. I think they were from my first hiking trip to this location.
