gone for 2 weeks, web + black spots

so I had to leave town suddenly and hoped for the best with the grow, but I came back to a fat web and lots of black specks on the white lid of my hydro setup. I chopped them all immediately and burned them in the fireplace, but I still have the buckets and black specks in my tent to deal with. It has a dusted look and I am worried that it is mold, because I have never dealt with spider mites or anything before in previous grows.

Need more pics, sounds like mites but without seeing the webs and underside of the leaves (you can see the mites walking around with the naked eye) hard to tell. Good luck.
