Going on a trip, can I take meds?

Hey all I'm flying in a week, just domestic flight, is there anyway I can take my meds with me? In checked baggage or with some edibles? I was thinking of making some butter and then cookies, and taking that, but would rather have the smoke? Is it possible, or any ideas?

Also sorry not sure where to post this....

Not so wise.
If you can get along some time without, or get some where you are heading that will be the better option.
But edibles might work, i never thought about that.
