GO BIG OR GO HOME LBS Grow

Quick question guys. I had a pretty wild weekend of drinking and such and thought the ladies would do ok skipping a watering session. Their in red solo cups so I water once a day. Well when I checked this morning it was obvious they were thirsty. Very withered and droopy. Will this help them in any way or am I severely hurting my ladies by letting them get like that.

Due to sickness and work and stuff I won't have time to dig 4 big ass holes for each plant so I bought 4x20 gallon smart pots. The ladies are ready to be transplanted I'm pretty sure that's why their starting to look a lil sad. The pots and pure blend will be in tomorrow. I'll fill the pots with the soil, perlite and peat moss. I'll feed them PBP every other water and put them out on March 20th(first day of spring) in the morning.

was these 6 lb plants grown guerilla style or in a backyard?
Ive seen them just grown outside on people own land. Kind of a combo as it wasnt a legal grow but it was on owned land. I have also seen few grown indoors in steel buildings with dirt floors where they just dug out giant holes filled with the good soil mix and grow 8 foot tall 20 foot round monsters.

You dont want to have them get too dry as it can hurt and stress the plant. Might be time to transplant though as they look really small for 24 plus days.

Got my pure blend pro veg and bloom today. Should get the 20 gal smart pots today also. If I am just mixing soil perlite and peat moss do I need to let the Mix cook? The ladies are screaming to be transplanted and no bigger containers will fit in the box I'm ready to put them out. Would they be ok if I mixed the soil tonight and transplanted Friday? Someone please help ASAP

nice most i ever seem to get from guerilla growing is 18oz..the average though i would say is about 8-10 oz..its just so hard to get that type of weight in a guerilla grow..to get 5lb+ it needs sun from 8am to 9pm i would imagine

hey remember to plant them shallow for starters and fill in as they grow. if you plant the little root ball that there in now you will be planting the lil ball in a 20 gal pot. maybe put them in 1 gal pots to build a bigger root ball then when there nice and big you trimthe under growth for clones or trash them. then you can plant the in the big ol pot. you will just be watering a 20 gal. pot with only a cup of roots.. this also helps with bugs and watering the soil only with a good space between the dirt and plant. look at most grows there is a 1 to 2 foot space between the pot and plant. and i have seen lb plants before so once you get dailed in you can get 1lb from each plant.. grow big or go home.

and you can still hadle them in 1 gl pots easier then 20 gl. expecially when it gets cold and you have to move them inside for a night. all i am sayin is you might want to transition them into 1-2 different size pots before throwing them overboard into a 20.. the girls look great. seen some white spots on a leaf.. check under it for mites..

It's never good. I repeat, never. Don't put out without additional lighting till last weeks of April. Also don't go from 24 hour lighting to outside. Unless you want to be in bud fast. Even mid summer they might go into bud and stunt growth. You start plant now and veg indoor till march 1st. Put outside and leave. 7 gallon cloth grow bags. Do 20 to 30. Easy 6 pounds. Should get 5 to 10 ounces per plant. Use good nutes. Then harvest around May 3rd. The full moon.
I've done this the last few years. Just don't let rain get on last few weeks.
Or plant now, veg until may, put in 100gallon pots and get 3-4#'s per plant!

Starting to germinate 10 bag seed tonight. I'm gonna run them all in the box all the way through. I'm not worried about yield just some small dank nugs. Pics of them when they pop.

They look root bound like a bastard a month in Solo cups not that good, a week in a Solo cup is pushing it that's why they are so small still.

I transplanTed them yesterday, the largest one was rootbound. The other 3 were getting there lol. They look healthy though didn't skip a beat.

Yeah, cause them plants look so happy. Just cause you can does not mean you should those plant's are stunted now probably caused by bad advice.
Meh, I have had plants in solo cups for three+ weeks before with no problems. Only real issue was they drank the soil dry so damn fast you had to water more often. Is it better than not being lazy past the two week mark or so and putting them in bigger pots? No.

Is it going to stunt your plant and send her into a downward spiral of doom? No.

I usually start my seeds in solos, wait for three or four nodes to develop, and then pot them up to the next container. Usually go from solo to a five gallon, but lately i've been going solo to one, then to five. Have not noticed any real difference between the 1 gallon pots and the 5 gallon pots. Using both just adds another step to the process, so ill probably go back to just the 5 gallons.

Goodluck to you.

It could be done sure but probably need to water twice a day to keep them healthy and root space does effect growth as well.
