Hey,
Just to give a basic overview of my grow I used a 430wHPS, in soil, using the new GH General Organics nutes. This strain is recommended for outdoor i think the main reason being light intensity, it did fine indoors but with a higher wattage light id imagine the yield would increase quite a bit.
Strain: The Church (fem) by Greenhouse Seeds
Growth Characteristics: Short-Med height, very bushy with short internode spacing. Mostly Indica dominant characteristics. Doesnt stretch much when switched to 12/12. No hermi action at all. 1/1 germinated (5/5 of mix pack germ'd too)
Flower Time: 8 weeks
Taste: Earthy yet sweet + unique skunkyness. 9/10
Smell: The same as the taste, i find it doesnt smell much until you squeeze or start cutting/busting the nugs, but then the smell is very strong. Also quite strong smelling while growing. 8/10
High: Good mix of a head and body effect. Long lasting and hard to build a tolerance to. Not overpowering and very smooth/clear. light smoke, not harsh. the pleasant taste is left in your mouth for a good while after exhaling. Good daytime smoke just dont let the boss smell your breath

Yield: Average for me, but I beleive could be a great yielder outdoors or under a 600w+ kept close. I didnt give mine enough light and the buds were large but airy. 7/10
Other: Overall, a nice strain. I will be growing it again because of the unique taste and smell and the clarity of the high, but not until I improve my lighting a little bit. Very good crystal development, also quick to finish. Also very sticky even when done dry. 8/10
