Ghetto CO2...

I dont feel like taking pics right now but heres what i have rigged up...


3X4 closet

2 white widows vegging under 400w mh


Now my closet is sealed so i really wanted to add some CO2 supplement so i rigged up a 17oz camping propane bottle with a torch head on the end of it. I light it when my lights come on and leave it on for a few mins until it starts to heat my closet. The i turn it off. Id say 5 mins tops. ... I know everyone is saying YOUR AN IDIOT!!! lol but its cool. i feel totally safe with this set up. im just curious how much co2 im putting into my room? any ideas?

Thats fine , you are not an idiot . but thats not enough co2 to help anything............but it does show that you put alot of love in your room ! thats the main thing, is that you love your babies. If your gonna keep doin it , i would wait till the middle of your "lights on" time.........instead of doing it when they first wake up. They eat (and absorb) the most light and food at the peak of the day. Also remember that no plant will use co2 or nutes unless Everthing else is right.....good temps, good light,,,, room sealed, plenty of ventalation...ect..., good luck !! and most of all have fun!

...And ps you said that the "torch" isnt doing any good? I can open the door and just feel the CO2 in the closet. I could be the extra heat its producing but i know this thing has to be better than nothing at all.

I am not sayin that the plants dont like you for that lil boost of co2 , i am just sayin that its not enough to speed up growth or anything like that..... its all good they like you for it!
