Ghetto ass carbon filter???

So basiccaly my plants are gonna dank out my house when drying so... I gotta come up with a way to fully eliminate the scent, my idea for a ghetto carbon filter is this...

1. Take paper towel roll

2. get pantyhose and fill it up with activated carbon from the pet shop

3. put this inside the paper towel roll and on one end of the tube hook up a little fan to blow it into the atmosphere

This is gonna be inside a little dry box i've constructed.... Soooo will this do anything at all or is this just some retarded stoners idea???? someone help me out here before i build this piece of shit

no reason it shouldnt work if u match all your variables. Amount of airflow and contact time with the charcoal are critical.

There are dozens of DIY carbon filter links around here. Try a few.

good luck forcing air threw the tube it takes alto of cfm to push air threw the carbon.

ya thatd be hard to get air through a paper towel roll. maybe a big plastic cup from Tbell or something might work better...

Needs to be bigger, at least a coffee can size.
