its my first grow and just starting week 5 of flowering. Strain is afghan goo and I run gh flora series and liquid koolbloom. I grow in ffof soil and use a 4x4 tent/600w cooltube. Temps 75-86 rh 40-55%.Gh says to use dry the last 2-3 weeks on the package. Just wanna know when fellow growers start with it thanks. :joint:

Flora is Maxi in liquid form.If you need more stretch in the 12/12 flip the Maxigrow has more nitrogen to feed it,but people do fine with just the Maxibloom.I started out Flora 3 part then ditched the the grow and did Lucas formula Flora Micro/Bloom but now just Maxibloom and Dyna-Protekt.I am going to mess with the Koolbloom down the road to see if it puts on added weight?

just follow the links(from the 1st pages) in my post for the basics in all that's only needed.I do not do organic but Grandmas blackstrap molasses in last 2 weeks in dwc was interesting.I would like to try GH Flora Nova bloom (Lucas Formula) one of these days though.

p.s. I have 2 1gal jugs of tap water. One is ph adjusted (GH ph down dry >1/2 tsp). The other is Maxibloom 3/4 tsp,Dynagro -Pro-tekt .25-.5ml(acts as a ph up),and 1/16 tsp of Epsom Salt (local supermarket brand). All in Hempy cups for S.O.G. (sog). The nute jug is my 75% strength solution and adjust as needed with ph jug for strength.I use Floro's so 100% is not needed for my strain.
google:bubble cloner,bonsai mother (mum),sog,perpetual harvest
good luck (one more thing:allways feed/water your plants with room temp water.cold/hot=shock)

Great links +rep to u. Thanks for all the info ill reread those threads a few times to soak in the info. I currently use a nute schedule I found on 420 mag and has worked well so far. Plants look great. Ive been adding 2tsp of grandmas unsulpherex mollassess to my straight waterings. I water, water, feed, water. 2 1/2 cups per plant every other day. Monday is the start of week six so ill drop the liquid kb and replace it with 1.5g of dry. Id post pics but cant from phone anymore since system went down/hacked. heres the link to shedule ive been using this grow

Thks and y/w.
Yes the Grams unsulphered is what I used.Plant liked it but turned the dwc res earthy then a slimey stank.
If you are doing that setup in the link,I highly suggest Hempy.I tried Hempy with Hydroton medium and never turned back.

I just spent 2 hrs reading on hempy buckets and I think im sold! Im going to take a few cutting off my mums and try it out. One quick question. If I veg for two months ( im going to flower my current mums next) will a 5gallon bucket be enough medium or would u go with a bigger bucket after 16oz cups. Thanks again

With a rooted clone you can go straight to 5 gal if you use Perlite/Vermiculite mix or Rockwool.Perlite in the Chunky (large) grade with the Vermiculite is prefered not the fine grade. You basicaly water every day (it will dry out) till the roots hit the res and when they do you know it in growth then you do the Hempy schedule. For me a seedling sprouted in a Rockwool cube goes into Hydroton in a 22 oz tumbler cup.Seedling or rooted clone by itself would be crushed/dry out in just Hydroton imho.I have an unconventional method for clones and mums that I use for easy transplant from 22oz to 1 gal containers but will not reveal as of now.
If you are growing a large plant then straight into 5 gal is no prob just make sure plant does not dry out till roots hit res.
I experience no rootbound issues with Hempy for the h20/nute/oxygen is right there and plant size is predetermined.
Site search or Google:"Hempy collective" for more Hempilicious info.
Some peeps germ right into Hempy but I have not done that.
5 gal is more than plenty for a large plant but I do 22oz for sog and Bonsai mums in 1 gal.
p.s. in 22oz 1.5" from bottom is hole (my preference) but 1gal I use standard 2" from bottom hole.
On mom I will sometimes plug hole with my finger and give the airzone roots a soaking for a couple seconds(they like that).
