OK Chemist77, I may try the Maxibloom; only because you have already compared it to Dynagro I'm a little concerned about all this talk of stirring. That is the one thing I don't miss about Floranova. If I get an extra Z per plant it will be worth the extra hassle.

c'mon chemist, i figured you of all people would think to recommend
a magnetic stirring device :) you can DIY a magnetic stirring device
pretty simply, check it-

when you get that xtra oz maybe you can send me a nug as a thank you for all the money youll save on nutes and the xtra weed youll be harvesting per cycle..lol.. but seriously im sure youll be amazed with the diference it makes and its totally diferent than the thick ass nova that stains your res and settles if you dont have a pump constantly stirring your water.. as i said if you go with maxi, mix it in a 5 gal bucket and get a paint stirer that mounts to your drill they are pretty cheap and you dont need to use hot water.. another advantage of the maxi is when its time to clean your system its much easier to clean because the maxi gro when mixed with water the water looks almost clear but with a little green color and the maxi bloom water will have a pinkish hue...so no residue gets left in your system or pump,,,youll see..

oh also please give us an update on how u like the maxi series,,,5 stars out of 5 stars... i promise you will never want to try anything else after this...as i said ive tried to find a better nute,, i really did,, at times i even hoped, especialy with advanced because of the cost i thought its got to be better but nothing beat it, plus u rarely ever need ph up or down if you use 1 tsp per gal with regular tap water or at least tap water in chicago and tap water here in mi the ph will be 5.7 every time. i only need to use a little ph down with clones because i only use a half a tsp per gal...hope it works for u as it has for me... i just wish i could get all that money back i wasted trying to find a better nute.

I'll probably just stick with the jug of hot water to melt down the maxi;-) it really isn't THAT big of a deal, but works great.
And yeah, staining my
shirt(never fails), and having to shake the living shit out of the floranova, is why i always end up getting tired of using it. I use a paint mixer to mix the floranova up good in a 2.5 gal, then break it down into 1gals. What a fucking pain! But i'm actually currently using floranova grow in my veg room:-D

I've used GH for years, but tried a few other things along the way. I'm currently using Flora nova, and have been very happy for the last year with it. I didn't see any difference between the nova, the 3 part, or the maxi when I tried it, other then price. Maxi is alot cheaper, but honestly I didn't like having to mix it.

By far the best nutrients I've ever used were call Envy. I received a few quarts as samples a few years ago, and they produced the best harvests I've ever had. Sadly I can't get the product locally to me, and I don't order grow supplies online soooo I've never got to run it again. A grower friend of mine in OH is supposed to by me some gallons the next time he gets some, but we'll see if that happens. Anyway Envy is awesome, the plants love it, its a really simple 2 part that I didn't need to run anything else with when I used it. Its very cost effective, at about 9 cents per mixed gallon, as opposed to I believe GH is about 12 cents. It leaves no salt build ups in the res, pots or equipment. Long story short I loved Envy nutes, and so do the others that have tried them at my recommendation. Heres link, you can thank me later. http://www.envybrand.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=70&Itemid=80

i can honestly say ive never tried envy, never even heard of it. normally id try to get it and do a compare but after all the other compares i did im sticking w the maxi. i researched alot of the other brands before i did compares and i truly believed i was going to get better results with advanced, bc, and foxfarm but in the end maxi always won, they are all good nutes all grow nice plants but as far as cost of the nutes and yield gh always seemed to be a superior product...i used to have 15-20 bottles and tubs of diferent nutes and aditives now i have 5. maxi gro, maxibloom, madfarmers NUTS(like diamond nector but cheaper and better in my opinion), koolbloom powder, and thrive alive green..i use the madfarmer nuts from seedling or clone all the way to finish, and the thrive alive green i only use till clones have root so a small bottle lasts a year....other than those 5 nutes and aditives i use G.H kleen for flush and right now im comparing a carb supliment called carbo blast it seems i wasted money again as i see no gain useing it so far. as for the GH kleen i cant really say its better or worse than any other flush products.. i have tried others but have had no diference in flavor, yield, or taste..

Most people havn't heard of Envy because they don't market to cannabis growers at all. They are an agricultural nutrient. Obviously the Maxi dry nutes are very inexpensive to run.

So I stuck with the 3 part GH this go around, but I have added a few supplements...

Rapid start

Diamond nectar

Liquid koolbloom

and floralicious plus

I did buy the small bag of Maxibloom as well but will use that next go around

I know I know I know... Money down the drain.

Although I have heard positive things about rapid start I dont think this experiment will be negative.

I use the three part series currently at 1/3 strength and will continue to do so and incorporate the new supplements. My ppms are not going over 700 with every thing added...

Hope it works out.

Its actually a partial version of the Flora Series Expert Recirculating feeding schedule posted on their website. I chose the nutes that had no living organisms and would help nutrient uptake and aid root development

Anyway, have any of you ever used these Nutes together?
