Getting Authorized in WA without medical history.

Ok, I am going to be completely honest here. I just moved out this way from Chicago after enduring 3 years of hell aka law school. I have no medical history, and in all honesty....looking for somewhere that is super easy to get authorized without a medical history. Pretty much an "ouch my back hurts" type of place. Does anyone have any experience getting authorized without any medical history, or perhaps concocted a "illness" or "injury" to be legal? I appreciated all your responses. =)

There is no place that will just give you a card without seeing a doctor. Most places want to see the paper trail that you need to prove you need it. I would suggest making 3-4 doctors app's complaining of pain/nausea or other like symptom, Or just look at the health code and see what it requires. (insomnia is not a valid condition in WA)
Greenwellness.org (doesn't requre you to have a past history, but you will see their doctors to start one.)

Oh, my friend, you're in luck, and your timing is pretty good. Hempfest will be here in a few weeks and there are several booths with doctor's writing out scripts. I got mine last year on a sciatica complaint and explanation of how it hurts too much to stretch unless I am high. Also, irritable bowl, etc..... No paperwork necessary. They just want your $150, drive thru please, thank you very much.

God bless Washington state - I can't even get my doc to take my complaints seriously I don't even know if he's putting them in my medical record. Maybe he thinks I want pills or something :)

If you have a scrip with no medical history it is not valid. Plenty of places in washington are doing this, but those are blank pieces of paper in court. If you cannot legitimately prove you need the medicine they wont care what doctor gave it to you.

Go to google type in medical marijuana authorizations (insert city here) and call them tell them you have no medical records and you have migraines. You will have to pay a little extra money and you will probably get a 6 month. Then you go back in 6 months, pay again, and get a year. They become your doctor so its not some shady hemp fest thing.

That is crazy talk. A prescription is a prescription. The doctor writing it has the authority to make that decision. Besides the states of WA and CO are leading the way for legalization. Damn near impossible to get arrested for having small quantities in WA, and even harder still with an RX. Do you really think the police are going to see your RX and THEN ask for more proof? That puts the DA against the doctor who signed their name to the RX. Quit being a Debbie downer because you had to work harder than others for your RX.

Ok ummmmm.... not to start grief but there is a major point being made. Many shady clinic's will NOT back you up in court, I know of a case where the shady clinic that authorized him didn't keep the paperwork supposedly past the one month of the expiration. Well legal issues came up had to go through all the crap to subpoena the records but by that time they were shredded and subpoena for the doctor was a difficult option as he was no longer with the clinic. (they apparently changed staff a LOT he found out after the fact) He ended up getting off with a clerical error. (2nd moral: Find a good lawyer put them on your phone directory trust me find a good lawyer and keep the number memorize it if ya can. It may save ya a lot of trouble, especially as the whole federal issue continues.) Hell I know of one clinic that used to advertise in the free classified ad thing that closed a couple of years ago, while a few licenses they wrote were still in effect. No easy recourse in legal issues, there are recourse's but it is much tougher.

Not to be trollin', buzz killin' or trying to be a downer just my .02 cents.

Its all good till you have to go to court then the courts ask you to prove your medical status.then what your screwed.and that is why we are having such a struggle with our rights.sorry you dont have any but there is free clinics out there too astablish records with thats how i did it

Watch out for these shady places. I used to work in a Seattle MMJ dispensary and certain clinics were busted for falsifying patients paperwork. Especially at hempfest. Even though it's over and done with.
