Germ. seeds not sprouting

My germinated seeds are not sprouting. I had germinated them in a paper towel for 24 hours until they popped. I had filled the party cups and let them drain for 20 minutes and then put the seeds in the wet soil. Then I had put sandwich bags over the top to keep humidity and moisture up and put them on a heating pad. It has been 24 hours and i checked to see if any has rooted all 6 havent even changed since I germinated them. Please could someone help me. I just moved them from the heating pad to about 4 feet away from my 400watt MH lamp.

I would think that you would need to just give it a bit more time its only been 24 hours since in dirt sometimes it takes days, just be patient and good things will happen.

Yeh just wait a week.You dont need 400 watts.I use fluoros for veg.

ye i waited a week nothing happened,what is minimum bulb watts u can use maybe i used too low watt bulbs?

You don`t need lights until they pop from the soil. Just keep them in a warm dark place until they pop.

i just water the plant put to soil and cups and just wait and wont give light s?
Then roots come?
