    I read about Genotypea2 from a few of you reputable folks here in the forums. So I thought hey why not give them a ring... nope no phone number.

    Okay okay how about I send them a FB message ... days go by no response.

    No worries I'll send a email... no response

    Okay okay okay I'll send one more... short terse response "Open Sat & Sun 12-7"

    Ummm bro's that was not the question in my email not to mention sending a un polite email is very unprofessional and speaks to a businesses integrity (ie: shows how they conduct business)

    I responded politely with the couple of questions I had as they never even said where they are located or any info that could be helpful from someone that could be hours away.

    Genotypea2 came off as eff you for sending a patient inquiry... eff you so much you are rejected from a membership.

    I read the email a few times this morning to make sure I read it right and each time the lack of professionalism and simple terse angry responses shocked me as how can they be about patients / compassion when they treat potential clients very poorly for a simple polite inquiry.

    Know someone that is in need of good genetics (strong) due to an medical condition and read they had medical quality.

    I digress.. TIL not every (medical) place is professional and or polite (most are). No worries... I wish them the best.

    I been to the place, (last year) met the guys... Likable dudes.. I don't think your reaccount is accurate.. I'd be shady too when dealing with new people but these guys aren't pricks.

    Hey Corso312 you are one of the reasons I decided to check them out. My re account is very accurate I'm sorry you think I'm a liar but have no reason to lie. I respect your opinion but I'm fully aware of what I experienced.

    Wish I could bro, can't they rejected a patient via email... that's what I was trying to communicate... a big "f you" is written between the lines and the email ends with "we are not excepting new patients"

    So when you say they are "good guys" I believe you but unfortunately that was not my experiences and I only send polite kind emails with simple questions like location and hours... ect.

    I've had 2 interactions with them boys and I'm a great judge of character .. These ain't bad guys . Are you calling me a liar?

    Whoa I'm not going to argue with you Corso312 ... not my style. And if you read my response I was careful not to call you a liar, please don't flame.

    I mentioned a member who has a condition and explained things (medical) which was why I didn't copy the email plus that is sketch. If you think it is not what it is then try sending them FB message, try sending an email and see if you get a better response.

    It seems like you knew your position before this started and I respect that but please don't tell me about my experience. Thanks

    Facebook is for girls, I wouldn't even know how ... I have no dog in this race, perhaps you and I have a different view on " angry responses" I was just curious .. Its 6 am n I'm taking a break from trimming..been on a 20 hour marathon and Got another 5-6 hours to go before I Sleep.

    What u lookin 4? What was your question?

    You pulled an all niter bro... them scissors are probably starting to getting heavy lol

    Most of the ones on their site there was not many.

    Very focused, she has not been feeling well... been in bed on and off for the past two weeks. I don't want her to fall into the illness. So here am I trying the best I can.

    Don't really like to think about it to much as it tends to weigh.

    Dudes just cussed me out in an email lol (laughing but not really laughing). Called me all sorts of names with semi threats... no worries. Have no idea how it got there.

    How one can swear at and can call a potential client (not so nice) names is far beyond my understanding. I still wish them the best.

    It's naive people like you that stumble around asking (too many) supposedly innocent questions, that make the world a whole lot more difficult for people. spare the forum the details and hit walmart customer service with your expectations.

    How do you know abe what was asked. And let's say someone asked a question... easy. "Hey we're open on Sat just swing on by and we'll answer any questions you may have." Not rocket science dude.

    This is not anyone's first ticket to the world.

    Abe if you are in business, if you make contracts with people part of it is service. Or are you going old school on some "shut up and sit down you'll get what you get when you get it."

    If that's the case well... we differ in opinion 100.

    Little of topic but walmart was a poor example bro

    Another angry email with threats in response to the deescalation email I sent... in which I was basically saying sorry for any confusion.

    It almost looks like you don't understand that their business model is "sketchy" (to say the least) and they (like most of us) are in constant threat of leo interference. that tends to make for general intolerance for questions beyond the basic. that being said, one principal there is "prickly" to say the very least...

    They have good genetics but I wasn't really satisfied with their "customer service" either. I got some dick emails from them once when I asked about their menu. Like if you're operating on the up and up then why the need to be so secretive and touchy about everything?

    I did just go down there and get some clones but honestly not my first choice after my dealings there.

    Not bashing them, like I said the genetics are good. If you want someone with good people skills to treat you with respect this may not be the place for you. Just put your self respect aside and go get your genetics :lol: :lol:

    He keeps sending threatening emails to put out my patients personal information. She has an illness and does not want people to know... I'm way sad right now. She does not deserve this.

    Lawyer laughed (this is not funny dude) and said wait for him to post (HIPPA) and that's when he makes the calls, dam it.

    I think it would be pretty naive of them to believe that LEO doesn't know they're there and that by providing info to potential customers they're somehow making themselves more vulnerable. I'm sure they browse these forums like everyone else.

    It's off putting when any other place will give you a menu over the phone or e-mail. Especially for me, I'm not gonna drive 30-40 miles to find out there's nothing there for me.

    Luckily I don't need my balls licked by every business I patronize so I might go back in the future but it would take something extraordinary or really hard to find :lol:
