Here's a sneak peek at what I've been working on for 2015. I've been referring to it as 'Area 51' in some of my pm's ;-) 50 private and seclude acres. The plan is 48 Nor-Cal monster plants. 200 and 400 gallon smart pots. Still so much work to do, but it's fun to plan something new.
So far we braved the switchbacks, and cut brush to access the old water trail. Grading trails and tightened up the hand rail ropes.
We have plans to hire our neighbor with a dozer to grade the driveway and terraces. That way we can get an RV and soil brought in easily.

Sweet boss! Very nice setup. Busy farmer:clap:

Very nice! I love seeing everyone on here always trying to progress and take the next step. This will be one hell of a set up I can already tell. Keep up that good work, look forward to following this one.

Sweet spot......water? where's the water bro?
We have a deep ravine with a natural spring source. There are wild ferns growing the length of it, which is awesome since we are in such a drought. We plan on digging out (dynamite) and building retaining pond. If we aren't satisfied with our water source, then are hiring a well driller. Lucky for me that comes out of the landowners share.

Not family, but may as well be I've known them my whole life. I'm the youngster/greenthumb lol. Rippers will not be a problem here. The area is to remote and extremely steep. The terrain is loud and not easily accessed. The hike is ridiculous and the 4 heavy duty gates are uphill and not smashable by any rig I've been in.
