I'm going to post some pics soon, when I can.

Especially of my soil v hydro grow. The soil looks awful and hungrier than a bunch of anorexics and the hydro looks good.

I don't mind admitting that I'm shit in soil because I'm good at hydro.

It's been an interesting side by side grow. I thought I'd do better with the bio bizz all mix but I started feeding too late and don't seem to be able to catch up.

The hydro went into flower later than the soil?!! All the same pheno- zombie Kush. That surprised me.

Soil is kind of a trick really. You have to grow the soil not the plant. Feed microorganisms they poop and feed the plant. If the soil is perfect then the plant just grows on its own.

Isn't that was Bio Bizz is all about? I got caught out!

Klite told me that the nutes work slowly and I have to add at the slightest sign of deficiency. Which happened after 3 weeks.

I'm looking for hydro bio next. It exists in the UK.
I'm good in soil outdoors though. That's a slower process though.

Yeah it's that lag that causes me to porpoise so I'm constantly chasing it. I've been considering attempting a 'soil' or rather amended coco grow. But right now I'm strain hunting so I'm just trying to push through as many types as I can. Currently I've got 2 pans in flower and am going to have to double my clones because I just took on a patient with a very rare type of Cancer. Shit I need help actually LOL!

I'd LOVE to see a pic of the soil side by side with your hydro and why would you want to innoculate a hydro grow? My only word of advice on that is protect your pumps inside a sock or other filter. But I'd love to hear your thoughts on this and see what comes of it (read that as I'm to chicken LOL) :)

I don't know anything about biobizz. I used mostly cow manure 3 parts manure 1 part pomix maybe even less 1 part perlite. I threw in a few other goodies. Just soil building stuff. I had to top dress once with more manure. all composted btw

Very true! Most of the NFT sets come with sponges attached to the pumps. If not the tiny watering holes in the pipes get blocked. I stopped using mineral magic due to this.

Recently I had to use a pin to reopen a hole in the pipe as I could see one side of my tray was drier. Always best to bleach the pipes and open and clean the pumps between harvests.

I'm down a sponge actually so now I'm going to use a pop sock or something like tights. Thanks a lot! :)
