G13 Pineapple Express

Im growing a pineapple express plant from seed just out of curiosity really.
i researched it and know that it came out after the film
i wondered if anyone has grown and smoked this strain before i hear that its got a fruity taste

anyone a fan?

Pineapple Express is a fun strain to grow. The pineapple taste deosnt come out much until a 2-3 week cure but when it comes you will love it. The high leaves a bit more to be desired though but its a pretty good sativa no were near the best though. Yields decent as well. If you check my post im sure youll find pics of it somewhere

I grew it last year and earlier this year. Found two phenos. One yields higher, but takes longer to finish, is less potent, less dense, and the smell isnt as nice. The other pheno is BOMB! Finishes in 8/9 weeks, dense buds, great sativa high (does something awesome to music) and very exotic smell (only comes out after a few weeks of curing). The smell is a mix of fresh tropical fruit, eucalyptus, and a light hint of haze. Based on the characteristics of this plant, I would guess that it is a cross of some hawaiian sativa with some kind of haze mixed in somewhere.

is it 8 -9 weeks from seed?

great bag appeal..smells great and has a good taste and a good producer and easy to clone.. i would have stuck with it if it was stonier and packed more of a punch
