Funny smelling tent.

Alright well went to get some useful data. So the clws my buddy had are the old 800. They got some of the new ones now too so got to check out the newer 880s and 440s today. At 12" center the 880 was ~2400umol little over, the 440 right at 1300. The 880 was still about 600 @34". At 24" a little over 1000 with around 200umol at the edge of 4x4.

The 440s foot print was very Damn close to the rw 150 readings I took.

Compared the 440 to a 600w hps and 400mh in the same food. At 34" the 440 had twice the center intensity, Just not the case coverage area. Of course. LOL

That's why I needed basically 4 solar flare panels. 2 solar flares and 1 solar storm the UV seems to have a beneficial effect on trichrome production. My 2 blackjacks were twins going in. Now after a few days of supplemental UV and a look at the kids d l6 next to it there is a difference. With all the panels I'm hoping for 1k umoles across the face edge to edge at about 12~16". Either way buds love light. Thanks a bunch for the info its pretty close to the propaganda stats.

Hells yeah. Seems the 880s are definitely better than the 800s. No wonder my two A51a were doing the same or better after looking at the numbers. The 880s seems to throw a good bit more with not much increase in power draw. I still think the A51 or onyx would give better uniform coverage with 4 of those units side by side against the 880, but that's strictly a mental computation. I'd also have to have to look at the AT600 data for 4x4, even though what we did was quick and rough it appeared the newer CLWs might be more comparable to the AT at least in the very center. Not so much as you expand out, though if you look at the setups that's easily understood. AT wins the spread battle for sure. Diode placement and spread is crucial. So I got you running some newer ones, him, and another buddy just bought 2-440s to try because he works at a shop and gets a hella discount. Though I told him lets see how they do against my A51s. You know good 'ole friendly competition. LOL But interested to see what everyone is doing with the newer gear. But yeah we had taken readings of the others and they were not where we expected. These were more on point. Actually not going to lie for no secondary optics and all, I was definitely pleased with the readings.

Will be pay attention to this man. Subbed, that is if I take the time to figure out how... Lol Will be following regardless.

Sweet maybe a clw 440 shoot out
The no lense thing is funny because the 3 watt kind with 90's (I think) is the same as clw at 18" on my phone with a lux meter. I know that's just a visible gauge but interesting none the less. Now that's pretty good throw for no optics. Time to medicate .

growers a small look in on the tent this week. Blackjacks look great red pistils under the clw lamb, seems a little early maybe a little sunburn from the uv? not sure but that deep purple sure drags her feet. Really liking the light spread in the tent now super consistent lux readings edge to edge, picked up some candyland at the big house. Nice seeing the crew but damn they need better grass! lol.



btw, the mango is PRIMO,if you see a cut try it out if you have SEVERE PAIN beats the pills

Thanks for the compliments and good wishes just trying to do my best with this tent no point in having any shadows. Wish I had a little more information to set it up distance wise with spectrums overlapping and high intensity coreCenter strength numbers.

With all those panels and in a tent you should be able to hang them higher than you would normal and still get great numbers and better blending. When the tent is sealed up all the light basically will make it's way onto the canopy. I would say 24" is good place to start then adjust from there.

When was the last time you had a stinky tent?

The blackjacks are getting super frosty, especially under the clw uvb lamps. Doing 20min x 2 times a night so far so good for trichrome production maybe one last feeding this week then a 2 week water molasses regime for the ambering. Stardawg is filling out even with a slight N deficiency, gave a little bio bloom veg for a feeding or two. Deep purple is slow but steadily with a haircut

Branch's are getting very heavy on stardawg time for support. The veg under full cycle really beefed up the structure of this plant. Looking great. Deep purple is SLOW

Bud flop like a fat bitch should, I love dense nuggs. Since I left HPS and boned up on canopy management I haven't had a single harvest with popcorn more than 1-4 percent by weight. LEDs kick ass, maybe a new diy hobby someday.. If you want pics its got to be later.
