Last year Florida passed a bill that prohibited the sale and possession of glass pipes and bongs(felony). If the bill passes for mmj it will be legal for patients to consume mj but it will be illegal to consume it using a glass pipe or bong. Gotta Love Florida. Hoping the bill will address this.

Uh idk what OP is on but in Tampa there are smoke shops all over and in flea markets. It's not illegal in anyway to possess, buy or sell as long as your 18. Just don't get caught with herb in the bowl or resin or it's getting tested. Even if it "was" used for tobacco.

Yes that bill passed but it was only for certain types of glass pieces. I've been to 4 major fl cities, countless little 2 store towns, and even the capital of Florida since the ban and they are still selling bongs, hookahs, pipes and everything in between. Admittedly I can't recall seeing any perculaters but I could be wrong.
