Fungus Gnats, or Paranoia?

Greetings guys and gals. I have some White Widow ladies, almost 3 weeks old from seed. I'm using FoxFarm Ocean Forest, two 400w MH for veg, a hepa filter (been waiting for stronger odor to hook up carbon filter and can fan), 5300BTU AC, 1500ppm C02, as clean and sealed of a room as one could have, 40% humidity and 82°F (27.7°C) - kinda higher temp to better metabolize the C02, and GH Flora Nova for nute's (I've only fed them twice though). I've also been keeping pretty dry soil. No run off. Up until a couple of days ago they were literally the prettiest young ladies that I've encountered. That morning I noticed a couple of holes on two plants and two dead bugs that looked like fruit flies. I also saw a couple of ants. Today there was a little munching on the new growth of a couple (I topped day before yesterday). Today I inspected with a magnifying glass. With the exception of one ant in the corner, I saw zero pests. My plan is to bomb (as much as I don't want to), prop the girls up in a mote, sanitize like crazy, and throw down some boric acid ant traps. If it's ants, I've caught them before they've had a chance to farm grown aphids. If it's fungus gnat larvae down there in the soil, I don't know what to do. I would send a pic, but I already culled the damaged leaves, and the holes on the new tops are too small to get a focused pic of any way. Please help. Oh yeah, I could just be paranoid... a couple damaged leaves from bumping around the room or something? I have major anxiety disorder and PTSD. Also, this is my first crop since 2008, so I'm extra anxious! What should I do if it is indeed fungus gnats?
