Cytokinin is a plant hormone linked to the control of leaf development and is known to regulate a wide range of genes including many transcription factors.

Transcription is gene expression ie when you add coconut juice you're adding additional Cytokinin amongst other things hence the neat colors on that pheno. They seem to really help with resin production as well.

I'm not your average gardener so please take what I say with a grain of salt........

Nice plants that a lot of stuff to be throwing at them. How much are you spending with all those nutes per grow approx?

Close to $600, but I've got enough nutes to run 2 possibly even 3 grows. Their Fire PK Booster is what really hits the pocket book. A liter was $160, but you only use 1ml/gal thru most of flower, and I probably have enough of that to do 4 more grows, so hard to give you a real cost/benefit analysis, but I will say, I've run about 5 different nutrient lines now (Canna, Advanced, GH, Bontanicare CNS & PBP), and this was by far my favorite to use.

I don't really think it's that much stuff to be throwing at them. No more than any other synthetic nute line running their full lines. In fact, I find this line amazingly simple to use.

It's hard to say without running a true side by side, but I definitely feel like this is my best crop yet. Some of that may be due to just familiarizing myself with different strains and becoming a better overall gardener in general (just being able to read the plant).

I've done organics, and I like them a lot, especially the taste, smell, and texture of the flowers, but for me personally, following a feeding chart as a guide allows me to make sure my plants get all the nutes they need throughout flower, and is just simpler for me.

Thanks a lot for the info AvonBarksdale. There are so many new ones always coming out and I wouldn't know where to start. When I think full line I picture a bunch of bottles (H&G, Botonicare, GH) so if Heavy16 is less than more power to you. It's about time that they made an "ALL IN ONE" solution. But wait..... They would be no money in that.

I have to respect the results, but dayam! that's a bunch of cash for nutes.
indoors is a very different realm and I don't know squat about it...exept it is much more complicated and sciency than outdoors.

Currently running Coco with Canna nutes. Learning as I go along, locked out P and N on different runs. Tried without boost, MOAB, and currently using Heavy 16's Fire.

I got to say, I've learned a lot and finnaly am starting to understand the need for different nutrients for stages in growth. The good thing about bottles is the ease of mixing and being in complete control on a daily basis.(handwatering everyday FTL) After 6 months, I feel i finally have the hang of things and am putting out quality worthy enough to share with my paitents. Now I just need to focus on my yeild.

Canna has been great to me and quuite effective. But I do feel comfortable changing it up now.
Heavy 16 has peaked my interest greatly proving major bag appeal/growth rate/ease of use with all the grows I've followed. Downside seems to be price and PH fluctuation.

Organic has good avantages too. Cost effective(less feeding), frostiness, and taste. A majority of organic I've seen has been bomb! Dowinside more labor mixing soil and growth rates?

I personally dont know too much about organic, but following Headtreep has been motivating. I just don't understand fully on the soils and teas.. But I'm learning! Just got materials to make some EWC Tea. As I heard it has amazing results getting clones to root. Figure its a good start!

Overall it seems both methods have their place in this industry, but I do see it leaning towards organics, not only as a good marketing point, but also getting a decent premium for your meds.

I use the same pot and same soil. My meds are quality because of this.

Here is one of the threads on the subject https://www.rollitup.org/organics/636057-recycled-organic-living-soil-rols.html. Our little group is doing some cool work.

IS there anyway to grow using organic teas in hydro??? my plant count is soon to be cut down to one in a stealth cab so im hoping to get fast growth from hydro, but i wanna keep it green and tasty, so im trying to look into organic hydro that will taste similar to organic soil. Plus when i move getting rid of water will be infinitely easier than getting rid of soil.

Any techniques you guys know of??

Hydra I get fast growth. I've know people to use organic tea in hydro but I have no advice to give on that. I don't get rid of my soil.

What sort of percentage of growth do you get soil VS hydro? (best guess since i know you dont do hydro haha)
Im just only gonna be able to have a 3x3 or so tent with a single plant scroged. Hydro just seemed easiest as far as getting rapid growth to fill the screen asap.

buuuut if i can get same results in soil all the better, changing water in a scrog is a pain

and where is that post you made about your veganic soils etc? I wanna look into that since im about to downgrade in plant count, focusing on making one plant huge and beautiful will be good for me.
