Sometimes we get one that just doesn't start life quite right. This happens in all life plants ,animals and humans. This plant should be culled but since I have the room and I'm not expecting ANYTHING from it, I've decided to just Grow it out anyway. It's a Barney's Farm feminized Chronic Thunder.

Some will start mutated and end up being normal when bigger. Some are mutants that turn out real special. Worth growing it. I had a great white shark that had the strangest twisted leaves. It ended up being a keeper and I've had the mother for awhile now.
