A bag of FoxFarm's Ocean Forest says its 1.5 cubic feet, so my question is how much is that? Would it fill a 1 gallon pot a 5 gallon pot or multiple pots? I'm just trying to figure out how many bags ill need. :eyesmoke:

yeah pretty much. and extra dirt if u are transplanting since you will have roots and other soil to take up some space. its hard to estimate exactly with dirt since it can be compacted down when bagged.

i plan on adding a perlite and work castings. could anyone say how many gallons a 10 pound bag of casting is? I think im only gonna need around 4 pots im doing ScrOG under a 400 watt and im going to transplant either from a 3 gallon to a 7 or a 1 gallon to a 3 then to a 7, give me your thoughts and opinions on that or what you do.
