FoxFarm Coco Loco to sprout seeds?

I asked my wife to bring home some FF LightWarrior to sprout seeds, and she brought home CocoLoco instead. I was really caught off guard with it! I have RapidRooters, but I only use them to clone with. I have about $300-500 worth of seeds to start!

I had a little problem with my Bodhi Prayer Tower in the root cubes, 4 duds. Silver mountain was a little better, but I dont know if it was from changing from LightWarrior to Rooting Cubes. LightWarrior has done well for me, and it is probably my favorite.

I dont care if you want to talk about YOUR germination tech, but I refuse to use paper towels! I will listen to you though.

Edit: My hands are too shaky to do paper towels!

Coco loco is amazing. Only stuff I use, buuuuut gonna be way to hot for germination, gonna burn your girls up. I cut it with used/recycled soil for seedlings, using a little more then half recycled in the mix
It is not my wife's fault, the store was out of LightWarrior. That's the hydro store for you! She said the store owner said that EVERYONE was using it for germination??? I use a peat based soil anyways.

That is what I was afraid of! I still have RootRiot cubes. I think that I just had bad luck last time, really not that bad though... My cloning dome is full of clones, so I might have to wait a week to use the cubes.

I just bought some coco loco without reallynderstanding what it was. I thought it was prettymuch lik coco inoculated with bennies. I transplanted some shabby clones into it and luckily i only watered before i did a lil research. Info seems pretty scarce on coco loco but i wanna make the transition from coco drain to waste with straight hydro nutes to more organic coco grow. Seems like exactly what im looking for but can you share a lil experience like how long will coco loco feed my girls and what do you use to feed when you do feed.

No nute burn but very easy to overwater with coco loco seems like it never lets go of moisture put 10 bottle caps full of water in a 1 gallon root trapper bag and it stayed moist little over a week and a half with a plant that’s 8 inch tall I stunted growth with the overwatering and it has been a slow recovery to say the least

Get a brick of straight coco. Cut coco loco 50/50. Add some perlite if you want but not necessary. Feed every watering. 1/4 strength to start. Go up from there as needed.

I see you're sprouting seeds. Same thing. Get the medium wet with plain water and 50/50 mix coco loco and plain coco. Water with 1/4 strength nutes when first set of true leaves emerge. Adjust as the plant grows and feeds.
