thanks for the reply, will see what others sayThere really is no need while in veg, bigbloom is a bud sweller and since there are no buds there is no need for it yet. You can feed it a little a few weeks before flowering so it will prep for flower. I start to feed small amounts for bloom nutes and increase sweets 2 weeks or so before going to flower. But I am really new at this so more experienced growers may say different.
that's what I also thought when I seen that chart!WRONG WRONG WRONG.
fox farms bigbloom is there base nutrient and should be used all the way thru, check the feed chart, they even recommend for seedlings and cuttings http://foxfarmfertilizer.com/index.php/frontpage/feeding-schedules.html
the name is very misleading, but that is the way fox farms nutes work.that's what I also thought when I seen that chart!
thanks for the helpthe name is very misleading, but that is the way fox farms nutes work.
i use a pro-mix growing mix and use the big bloom as a soil conditioner and use all the way through the grow. and the name is a little misleading.that chart wasn't made for every ones soil. fyi. you don't need bigbloom in veg, but I would use tiger bloom, with grow big, in grow or bloom. If money was tight and couldn't get all three.
lol seen that, after I paid $75 for 3 pint bottles at my hydro storei use a pro-mix growing mix and use the big bloom as a soil conditioner and use all the way through the grow. and the name is a little misleading.
as far as money being tight, you can get the trio pack of all 3 bottles for pretty much the same price as buying the grow big and tiger bloom seperate.
ouch i also picked up the trio of the solubles. they last forever. also if you use the big bloom you will need to buy another quart before the grow big and tiger bloom are gone.lol seen that, after I paid $75 for 3 pint bottles at my hydro store
