Fox News Does Cringeworthy Segment On Homeless People

It's sad to see people look to abuse the homeless. Same with the retarded. As if eliminating them once would remove the Homeless or Retarded gene from the human population. Hitler gave that little number a whirl.

Retardation, homelessness, and other unfortunate lots in life will simply always be part of the human condition. The civilized goal isn't to eradicate victims. Lining them up to shoot or lining them up on a lawn is primitive thinking. Chimpanzee behavior.

do you even know who makes up the homeless population?

the majority are US vets who fall through the cracks and unable to get their meds.

that post offended me.
The inaccuracy of your post offends me. I knew the second I read it, it was bullshit. A tiny bit of research shows just how insanely incorrect you are to the actual numbers.

From the 2013 Annual Homeless Assessment Report to Congress:

"On a single night in January 2013, there were 610,042 people experiencing homelessness in the United States, including 394,698 people who were homeless in sheltered locations and 215,344 people who were living in unsheltered locations."

"There were 57,849 homeless veterans on a single night in January 2013. Sixty percent were located in shelters or transitional housing programs, and 40 percent were in unsheltered locations. Just under 8 percent (4,456) were female."

That means less than 10%, so you were only off by at least 41%. Furthermore, that means that there is only a 4% chance that ANY of the homeless in Penn Station are vets.

And then there's this:

"Homelessness among veterans has declined each year since 2010. Between 2012 and 2013, veteran homelessness declined by 8 percent (or 4,770). Homelessness among veterans declined by 24 percent (or 17,760) between 2009 and 2013."

Which means, if the trend has continued, the percentages are even lower and your incredible, public failure is worse than I imagined.

Please enjoy a very rare citation that I will provide to your lib compatriots who NEVER admit to their constant horseshit propaganda.

Government is a big factor in the cause of homelessness. Government forbids people from homesteading open land. Government restricts competition in housing by zoning and regulation, which reduces the supply of affordable housing.

Ahh, how did I know there would be a lib douchebag trying to come to the rescue of a ship that has already sunk.

Ohhhh, maybe her quotes don't show up for me, I had to block her with her insanely long signature.

Is that gone yet?

go set up a homestead in alaska like dick proenneke did, and i am sure you will have no problem if i set up a petroleum refinery next door that pollutes your land.

because zoning regulations are so evil, right?

If you set up a refinery that pollutes other peoples land, then you would have caused them demonstrable harm. Zoning laws are not needed to gain restitution from a person that harms your land. Proof of the demonstrable harm is what is needed.

Also, you never refuted my original post stating that government policies often cause homelessness. Know why? You can't.

good thing zoning laws prevent that then, right?

without laws, why would someone be forced to restitute you if they cause you harm?

if there is no law against you having "voluntary" and "consensual" sex with their 8 year old child in exchange for money, then how could you be [punished for fucking a child in the ass?

tell that to the descendents of the people whose stolen land you are living on.

go restitute them, even though no law says you have to do so.

go homestead some empty land in alaska, like dick proenneke did.

no need to be homeless, old man. just go build yourself a cabin in the woods.

no law against it.

You've never refuted the point I made that government policies can create homelessness.

Might I suggest you get off the meth and address one thing at a time? I'll never understand why you beat your wife either.

What if I told you I already did that?

I prefer to be referred to as "middle aged" too, thank you.

By the way, how's your corn growing? Weren't you bragging about some corn you were going to grow in that tiny postage stamp lot that goes with the house your wife that you beat bought you?

there's a fine line between being homeless or not in this country..a very fine line.

that post offended me.

i was going to be nastier, but i enjoyed your post on the 'racism experience'..so it cancelled it out.

What part offended you? Was it that I offered up your lawn, or that I didn't offer up mine? Maybe you no have lawn?

Its our governments lack of action why vets are falling through the cracks. It isn't a mystery that the people want something done about it yesterday. But they have been, as homelessness has decreased the last few years.

They need help and we as a society are more than capable of funding this help. But still, they can't just shack up in public places, especially heavily occupied areas that are in use. But really, where do they go?

Where would you live if you were homeless? I can see a crack head staying in the shit stains of the city so he can be around the dealers and cocks to blow for coin, but why is everyone else hanging out?

So wait. Are we to assume that if you do not attach a citation to every one of your posts, that you are just making shit up again?
