FOX farms trio for autoflowers? How much light?

Grow Big is essentially the veg nutes .... Tiger Bloom ... Well bloom nutes.
Big Bloom is the Organic part of the trio. It has essential microbial nutes and supplements the plant and soil needs. It is the best out of the three.

They work together well , but it is easy to make a solution TOO HOT for your grow.
Thats why it is easier and wiser to gradually increase until you start to see a problem. Then you can back off. The problem is AUTOS dont have time to recover from missteps done during its grow ... So i start light and if all looks well ( why risk a fuck up ? ) or if i see explosive growth ( i ADD a little more feed at next feeding. )

I never had to go FULL STRENGTH. .....
Old thread, but Budz you are dead on with your FF feed schedule. Pretty much how I feed, except I feed every other day when in full-on veg @ 1/2 dose. Comes out to about 3.5 feedings per week, and as per FF’s feed schedule, I’m still behind their recommended feed schedule (full strength, 2x per week). Never had any burns, never just *water* the plants with the exception of a final 7-10 day flush before harvest (using Flawless Finish). Solid advice, brother!

That feeding schedule is based on optimum conditions. For most novices you're likely to scorch your plants if you follow it. Keep in mind that a plant "feeds" mainly through photosynthesis. The nutes are like your daily vitamin. I don't like that trio for autos. Way too potent. Others may disagree..

I use FFOF soil (+25% perilite) and have always used the fox farms trio. I don't feed anything for the first 21-28 days (except cal mag @ 1tsp per gallon throughout the entire grow). Big Bloom I use between 1-2tsp starting week 4-5 and throughout the grow. I'll use Tiger Bloom starting at Week 4-5 and go until harvest @ 1tsp per gallon. I've been upping it to 1.5tsp and even closer to 2tsp the last few grows to see if there is a considerable difference. With me running strictly autos only, I rarely even use Grow Big, as the FFOF soil is already pretty hot and the CalMag adds a significant amount of Nitrogen.

As far as light, I've run 24/0 for the past 2 years.

The way I am currently using the FoxFarm nutrients is to mix 1 Teaspoon cal-mag and 6 Teaspoons Big Bloom for one watering. For the next watering, I do 2 Teaspoons of Grow Big and 3 Teaspoons of molasses. Then, I alternate back. I always pH adjust the water to 6.0-6.5.

When flowering starts, I gradually replace the Grow Big with Tiger Bloom. From my understanding, the Big Bloom is a bit more gentle than the others and can be used more liberally. I should probably also mention I grow in soil. I make a 1 : 3 perlite to bagged PROMIX soil mixture.

This is my 2nd grow,

I will be growing in a 2.5 x 2.5 x 5.5 tent, 3 gallon pots with pro mix HP...I will be growing NYC diesel auto's (4 plants) and I have been searching all over for feeding schedule with the fox farms trio.

I would like to know if anybody has a detailed feeding schedule for auto's with the fox farms trio and cal mag?

I am also curious as to what is the recommended wattage in a small growing space such as mine? I currently have a cheapo King Plus LED (king led 600). and am considering the mars hydro II 900, but my concern is that due to the limited height of my tent, the light might be too intense for such a small area.
I got the actual feeding chart from fox farm here’s image

Here is a schedule that works pretty well ... Some strains are heavy feeders so your mileage will vary .... Lol

AutoFlower Schedule

This schedule can be altered depending on the time when your plant start flowering and when you see the first pre-flowers you need to start changing from vegetative to bloom nutrients. I need to also mention that this schedule is for soilless mix that has no nutrients in it so you need to supply all of them artificially.

If however I use soil with nutrients pre-added then I use a schedule like this:

1 week(seedling) – Ph adjusted water

2 week(start of vegetative) – Ph adjusted water

3 week(vegetative) – Ph adjusted water

4 week(pre-flowering) – 1/2 veg nutes

5 week(first flowers) – 1/4 bloom nutes

6 week(flowering) – 1/2 bloom nutes

7 week(flowering) – 1/2 bloom nutes

8 week(flowering) – Ph adjusted water

9 week(flowering & harvest) – Ph adjusted water till harvest
Bro honestly, i appreciate u. Im brand new to growing, just got a Mars-Hydro TS1000 LED grow kit with a supermix auto seed pack from ilgm and your telling me everything i needed to know. i just ordered the fox farm soil liquid trio 32 oz. pack and was wondering what exactly am i supposed to do with it especially cuz the plants are autos. thanks for all the info even if it wasnt intended for me lol

Maybe I'll try these on the next grow. I'm planning to grab one of each in the pack I got, so I'll have a GSC Extreme auto, Gorilla Glue auto, and a Bruce Banner auto, I'm gonna order a couple more auto mix packs of this one works out from this site.i did research and they're highly recommended and respected it seems, been around for 20 years online, shipping from Amsterdam so I'm hopeful it's gonna go well. But I'm gonna go with the trio for this round and kn the next I'll give these two a try. Thanks for the tips. More are definitely welcome.
