I mixed it with Ocean farms Light Warrior seedling started, earthworm castings and bat guano. It is so charged I hardly have to feed. No problems with nute burn either.....

treemansbuds, not sure if you'll end up readin' this or not...but I am going to also try out the 50/50 blend of FF Happy Frog and FF Ocean Forest. I plan on adding about 20% perlite and about a tablespoon of powdered dolomite lime per gallon (so, about 3tbsp per 3 gallon pot).

I'm gonna be using FFOF with a 20% perlite mix and 2tbps per gallon of dolomite lime. Good luck with your grow, lemme know how the HF works out for you :P

this is a hot mix here if your starting seeds in it. Its not gonna burn your plants, but if theyre not old enough or strong enough when you transplant, the leaves will yellow a little. BUT its a good mix none the less. just a heads up and good luck

True..it shouldnt plant seed into a hot soil..its better start with rockwool, rapid rooters, or starter soil etc...its better to transplant when its veg stage..since seedling last like 3 or 4 weeks...

hey man i had this beast in 50/50 happy frog/ ocean forest in a 5 gal. then transplanted her into the ground with a full bag and happy frog and ocean forest. id say its a GREAT combo compare to my other friends plants who used other organic soils

I plan to do a 75/25 FFHF to FFOF, to my understanding FFOF comes with a ph between 6.5 or 6.8. Thats pretty high to start with let alone mix. So I'm adding lava rock soil to the mix for better drainage in case of a burn occurs.

What’s the need to the Dolomite lime ? The soil is ph’d already
