fox farm nutes question

Anyone using their whole line and follow the feeding schedule? I was also wondering if the feeding schedule starts once you go to flower or from the start of the plants life cycle. I have the big bloom, tiger bloom, grow big, and just added cha-ching and beastie bloom. They also have the open sesame and a few others which I don't have but I'm wondering if they are all really necessary?

I use fox farm line but I modified to my grow methods. Their feeding schedule begins at the seedling/clone stage. I dont start the feeding until my seedlings have its first true leaf set. You could eliminate the synthetic powder if you really wanted to because if your not dialed in with them there is a possibilty that it could fry your plants look at the npk ratios of the powdered sythetics. I myself use them. Friendly advice especially when it comes to their powder sythetics divide their feeding regimen by half and most plants will be able to tolerate the nutrient cocktail. I only follow their feeding schedule once I am into about the third or fourth week of flowering at max strength.

Thanks! Are you noticing results with the added nutes? I've been dividing their liquids in half already

In the past I have tried not using the synthetics under one light and under another light utilized the synthetics. The synthetic plants yielded more consistently. I still do that from time to time to test the viability of the synthetics.

I use Fox Farms entire line... I personally feel that everything is required to make the best possible product. Make sure not to skip on the kangaroots and microbe brew. I dont follow their feeding schedule to a T. I start super light and slowly build - probably starting at around 1/4 of what they say to add. Its also very important to remember to flush your medium every four weeks or so to remove nute buildup. Heres a link to foxfarms feeding schedule! Good Luck! http://foxfarmfertilizer.com/frontpage/feeding-schedules.html

I'm using all of the FF nutes and have had great results. After some reading I started feeding at 1/4 strength every other watering. I'm up to full strength now but still only feeding once a week.
I just started the 5th week of budding and WOW! I wasn't expecting huge results with CFL lighting but I'm very surprised. I will end up with some very fat colas. The Beastie Bloomz seemed to produce massive bud growth on my OG Kush.

I would also like to add that I haven't been using the Sledgehammer. I have just been flushing with a lot of water. I do plan to use it for final fllush though.

I have been using the whole lineup under a Blackstar 240 and all seems to be going OK. I'm down to using 1/4 strength because I burnt the plants a little at 1/2 strength. I have had some brown/rust discoloration that I've almost been able to cure finally. Im new to the game so I'm sure the discoloration was a rookie mistake and not the nutrients. The plants have always grown well even with the spots and I have some really fat buds forming so I'm happy. FYI, there's some dudes that sell small amounts of Fox Farms on eBay if you don't want to get too deep in it too quick. I bought an ounce of the Beastie Bloom like that because the feeding schedule only calls for it once. Couldn't really see buying a pound of it from Amazon when an ounce will last a few grows. That will give me a little time to evaluate it and decide if I want to continue using the brand.

Thanks I have the schedule and the only ones I don't have are the open sesame, kangaroots and microbe brew. Im trying to figure out what the microbe and kangaroots do too? I have been using them at 1/4 strength until they get bigger

i got a question about fox farms nutes... on ebay where i plan on ordering the trio pack there is some that say SOIL formula and some that say HYDRO formula... is there really two different formulas? or just different feeding schedules? it'd be great if you could let me know because the cheapest one i could find says "foxfarm trio hydroponics SOIL nutrient pack" and yes soil is in caps which suggests its soil but then again it does say hydro... just wondering if there really is two different formulas
