Fox farm nutes for autos?

Ok so I have the fox farm base nutes big bloom, big grow and tiger bloom and also go cha Ching free from my hydro store which was super cool. I'm growing 4 sour 60 in about 3-4 gallons of happy frog soil. They are under a 400 watt hps cool tube with 18 hours of light.

A few days ago I gave the auto their 1st dose of big bloom @ 4 tsp to the gallon. My question is should Ifollow the feeding chart from fox farm or do I need to change it for autos. Mainly when should I start using cha Ching

are you running veg nutes ?
keep an eye on your ph i had crazy ph problems with fox farms ......... also the schedule is fine but at 1/4 - 1/2 str until the plant is well into veg

that sounds like an awful lot for an initial dose I would not use Fox Farm veg on autos just bloom start out. 7 EC and work your way up my Jack autos grew 4 feet tall in turned out unbelievably yummy

their life cycle is .......... seedling , veg , preflower , veg , then vertical stretch stops and flower begins

Well the autos are not showing ill effects from the nutes. I will cut it down to 2tsp next feed. They are only 2 weeks old... Oh a I don't run them at 24 hours just because I got the ballast used, not sure how much use it got. I got it about 2 years ago and this is the first time I've used it

ok buddy ......the big bloom is worm and bat poop .......this stuff u can use it the whole grow like half a cup of the stuff to a gallon of water

now those plants need the grow big and the big bloom u do not start using the tiger bloom untill u see it flipping over ........then u use a mix of grow big/tiger bloom/big bloom for about 5 days then over to tiger bloom and big bloom

the cha ching is the 3 step in the line .....this is not used untill the end of the 3nd week of flowering (this is based off a 35 days flowering )

open seame is the first step .....open up bud sites
beastie bloom is the second step .....boost the thickness/over all mass of buds
cha ching is the third step ........boost the resins production (increasing the stink / and amount of Oils the plant will make)

just so u know this is a chemical feed line ......so these plants will require flushing before u harvest other wise the taste of them will be off

Those products are kind of strong, if you abuse them it will definitely burn the shit out of your plants.

oh yah i know ......but i always try for a burnt tip ......that way i know i hit the maximum feed for the plant ......u keep increaseing untill u see the burn ..then back it off 10% and feed like that untill the next change in your plan repeat untill last 5 days .......flush plant let it dry up water again 1/2 days of light then move it to dark for 2/3 days cut after that (7 days to work out the salts and other nastie taste plus those hours of darkness to make it so pretty and stinky )

That's 24 TSP's , that's around 2,000 PPM, no? Seems excessive?

not at all by the time i am using that much the plant is huge and it helps keep the micros happy and in balance

in a soil system it does not matter ppm .........in a hydro about 4 to 6 hours after u mix it good bit of is has settled on the bottom (have u looked inside before u shake the bottle ......it all settles to the bottom with the water floating on the top).....what the roots do not capture on the tendrils or the drip ring does not bring up ....just settles on the bottom where the micros can use it

u honestly get more benefit out this stuff on soil then in hydro

Ok ... Here the skinny on FF nutes with autos .
I used FFOF ( because has enough nutes in mix to start plant. )

Week 1 - Water only
Week 2 - water only
Week 3 - Gro big (1 tsp ) Big Bloom (1 tsp ) per gallon PH water (6.2 - 6.6)
Here is the KEY ----- Autos have VERY SHORT VEG STAGE
You only veg feed this week ( 1 time ) only.
From here to preflower

Week 4 - Pre to Early Flower ( this where you start BLOOM feeding )
Big Bloom (2 tsp ) - Tiger Bloom (2 tsp ) / Gro Big 1/2 tsp / Beastie Bloom - 1/4 tsp per gallon.

Flush before Week 5 - ( FF nutes salt up fast ! ) ( FF will lockout )

Week 5 - Flowering ( Big Bloom 1 tsp ) Gro Big 1/2 tsp / Tiger Bloom (2 tsp ) , Beastie Bloom 1/4 tsp per gallon of water.
There will be explosive growth and some Nitro is needed ( Gro big ) covers that

Week 6 - Flowering. ( run same ) some yellow leaves

Week 7 - Flowering ( short run strains " 60 day wonder" some dwarfs , low Ryder hit at 55 to 65 days. Here is when you start look at triches to see how there doing. Flush if running short fast strain.

Week 8 - Final flush for most autos - water only . Leaves will yellow as she pulls nutes from itself.

Autos have a short grow period with a very short veg stage. Do not top , FIM or prune.
Autos do not have time to concentrate on repair. It is hard wired to go to bloom quickly.
New growers OVERFEED as a common mistake. You must change the way you feed this types of plants. Good Luck.

Ok so my plants are only 2 weeks . And 2/3 have shown sex. Today I did a very lite watering without nutes. I think by Monday I should be able to feed again. Last week I did 4 tsp of big bloom. This time I plan on doing 2 tsp of big bloom and 1 of grow big....ANSI for week 4 I will do 1 tsp of each ... Or should I give more tiger bloom

And I don't know if I will even make it to full strength just cuz I'm worried about burn. I here most autos do like a lot of nutes

Autos will still need some nitro during flower but not as much as a veg feed.

You can use Tiger bloom during this stage .
I use on my afghani kush , I started bloom feed with
1 tsp Gro Big , 2 Tsp Big Bloom ( micro ) , 2 tsp Tiger Bloom
( if you have Beastie Bloom add 1/4 tsp ) or Bud Blood , or Bud Blast ,Ssuper Bloom or whatever Bud enhancer.

Week 5 ( I add some sweeteners to between watering )
Bud Candy , molasses ( unsulphered ) or 2 drops of liquid Flavor Extracts ( blueberry , strawberry or pineapple ).
These only add a " note" of flavor or essence of.

You can substitute ( kelp / seaweed extract ) instead of flavors to give plants some added micro nutes during your between watering. If you are cross branding bloom nutes , check your mixes. See where the PPM will be. I keep around 1200. EC sound 1.8.

Remember there's a thousand ways to skin a cat !
Overfeeding autos is the most common problem you will face.

No two strains handle nutes the same
