fox farm feeding

Can anyone help explain how much to give each plant? I have the tripple pack of fox farms nutes. I have only feed my plants fish fertilizer and what they have in the dirt so far. I have 6 autoflowers that just started budding. My question is that on the bottle it says 2-3 tbs per gallon of water so how much do i use per plant

So put 2-3 tbs in a gallon of water and water your plants like you normally would.

On the autos that I've grown and I've grown quite a few of them I've always went on the light side of feeding I never followed the manufacturers recommended dosage......... you gotta be willing to live and learn from what YOU do not what someone else tell you to do !!!!

Yep, your best bet is to start with a dosage lower than the manufacturer recommends, feed for a week or so to see how the plants respond. From there, adjust dosage upward accordingly until you see the slightest amount of burn i.e. don't take massive jumps in upping the dosage. Once you observe slight burn dial the nutes back slightly to make sure they are getting just enough.

Maybe I'm high, but it seemed like he was unsure how to even apply the mixture to his plants irregardless of the amount of nutes used.

Use the lower end 1 1/2 tbs a gallon will b good that stuff is hot so u have to b careful!!!

I'd go half strength max to start out.

I have all kinds of nutes and shit I've picked up over the years. I mix different shit together all the time and I always get good results. I think the biggest thing is to not over do it.

When feeding plants messy foods please provide them a napkin or two. They will appreciate it.

I would be very careful with the Fox Farm nutrients, they can burn plants very easily. I would dilute the nutes to half or a third of what Fox Farm recommends, otherwise you risk burning your precious plants. I have also found the same with the Fox Farm Ocean Forest soil, it can be too hot for some strains, such as New York City Diesel. Read DJ Short's little book "Cultivating Exceptional Cannabis." You're better off using Subcool's super soil in the bottom half of a 5 to 7 gallon bucket. Good luck!

just gotta cut it with the light warrior (Ocean forest that is), and the nutes are designed to be used in a specific order and timing, regulated to what the plants need and the condition of the soil, measure plants need against condition of the soil and adjust feeding schedule to reflect the balance that is necessary- usually end up needing more micros than they let on.
