why would you not bealowed to ship sledgehammer flush to michigan? is there something bad in it?

Certain flowering contain possible cancer causing chemicals (at least in lab animals). For example Paclobutrazol and daminozide. Phosphoload is one I know of particularly and if you Google it, you can find some interesting articles. Certain versions of these fertilizers are banned in certain places. Like Phosphoload I think is banned in Cali and other places. However...Phosphoload is the shit, triggers flowering faster, it reduces flowering time, stops vertical growth and increases yield like 15-30%. I personally have not been convinced enough to discourage its use.
