Found these guys in my soil and flying round growroom

Not sure what they are, I was thinking fungus mites.

These guys are flying around mostly around the soil.
I have had a few problems with my grow all the information is here.

For some reason I cant see those pics up close. They look like the simple knats I get. They only drink water, I never really do anything for them. Maybe watering too often, sometimes they come out of the soil after it sits to wet. I used MG soil forever and never realized why I had em. I would hang fly strips and forget em

You can cover the soil with clean sand or a plastic bag and suffocate them all in a couple days.
