If the post is recent there should be an edit button down by the "quote", "multi", and "quick" buttons at the bottom right corner of your post. You just view it in the thread and click it. If you still can't find it I circled it in red in the thumbnail

As for deactivating your account, you can't. If there's some special reason, you could always PM a mod about it, and see if they can help you out. But there's no way for you to delete your account on your own.

If your posts are still recent, you can edit them. When you click the edit button, there's actually an option to just delete the post. You have to select Delete the Post and then click it, I'm pretty sure...

Mods can still see deleted posts, but no one else can

EDIT:

Ok, so when you click the edit button, new buttons appear in the bottom right. Save, Go Advanced, Delete, and Cancel. Click Delete and it will expand the box a little more. THEN you'll have to select Delete Message from the Deletion Options, you can enter a reason for the deletion, and then just click Delete this Message

If you paid for an Elite membership and you want to know how long it takes to activate, why would you not PM the site staff?

i thought this woulda been quciker to be honest, ill get to that now.
cheers wikid!
When you have a question that can be answered by anyone, yes, posting is quicker. But when it comes to your membership, the only ones who might be able to tell you would be the staff. And when you have a question for staff it's best to just PM them, because they have a LOT of posts to try to read.

ok, I feel kinda stupid cuz I have given out rep before and I rechecked to see if I forgot something but I don't seem to see any scale to click on. Did I miss something? How do I do it?

Are you still using the new skin? I don't think anyone's figured out how to rep using the new skin yet. If you go to My Rollitup, under Settings & Options Edit Options, end page and change your Forum Skin back to blzin-07.

Then you'll see the scales on every post again
