Force Flower

Well my plant is about to hit 5 weeks and it stands about 16" Tall and i know its still short but i also know that once it flowers its going to grow even more and i kind of want my plant to be discreet i have been feeding it Fox Farm's Grow Big for week 3 & 4 and now this week i will be hitting it with some Fox Farm's Tiger Bloom & Big Bloom. Will that help it flower? Anyways here is the light cycle for were i live.

P.S.

Light currently starts 6:13 ends at
7:32 so if i leave it in the dark for
an hour more will that assit in flower?

It's in a pot right? If so You could just take it inside into a dark room, closet, etc. each day to keep it in flowering stage. Although this would prob. become a headache for ya. But if u put it outside now and leave it it will start vegging and should stay in that phase till late july/early august. You could also just top the shit out of it and that'll keep it short. I've also talked to people who just tie the plant over when it gets too tall and just continuing to do that all season. I knew one guy who did this and by the time harvest had arrived and he untied it the plant was over 15' long!

The guy I talked to said he grew his along a fence line and would just tie it to the fence as the need arose. Stakes would work too tho.
