Flushing Roots With Pure Water, Possible Improvement

During the flushing stage, how about the idea for soil bound plants of gently washing off the soil with water, and placing them in a DWC system with an air stone for the flush with distilled or reverse osmosis water?

This might add to the stress factor, but in the final weeks, you WANT to be stressing the plants to produce the most resin. It seems like this would be the more efficient way of truly providing them pure water, flushing faster, and burning up the rest of the stored nutrients. Perhaps this would be different in a mostly organic soil setup though? This theoretically would put all plant energy into the buds in the final days...

P.S: In hydroponics, the same thing is done during flushing, do people notice a different by this?

or what would happen if you cut the main stem before it reaches the soil and soak that in water and avoid the root system. its like those experiments we did in school with the celery and the food coloring

stressing plants is the wrong thing to do, thats old 70's folk lore....ever heard of putting a nail through the stem????? all bunk shit that was done by old growers who didnt know any better, the same goes for if you are going to chop it down and stick it in water... your only going to hurt your yield
