Flowering Switch?

I'm about 18 days into the 12/12 stage of my Great White Shark, Himalayan Gold Grow... I was just wondering when to switch from nutrients such as 12-34-12 (using it now to maintain growth during the spurt) to something more like 9-52-9 (to fill out the buds)?
