Flowering Setup Day 33 (Pics Included)

I have 4 barneys farm critical kush clones that where vegged for 54 days under t5 lighting that has been topped once sitting in sunshine mix being feed GH 3 part nutes. Plants are in a 4x4 tent under a 600 watt HPS. Right now this is day 33 of flower. This is a 55 day flowering strain.

How do they look?

What do you think I MIGHT yield???

I have 24 Crtitical Kush plants in day 39 of flowering, after a month long veg. I let mine go to 63-65 days, and you'll find the yield is very heavy- almost exceptional. I'm guessing I'll get 2.5 oz each plant, which is quite heavy for my setup. Your plants look nice, very healthy!

So you're telling me you pull almost a lb a plant at 4 plants so each time you pull almost 4lbs.

Let's see some pics of these lb plants....

Edit-correction my math was off this morning, it's 1lb 1oz and 7 grams. So please enlighten us with these lb plants you grow

I have 24 plants under 2200 watts, in a space around 6 ft X 8 ft approx. I generally get at least 1.5 lbs per light, sometimes up to 2 lbs. depending on the strain. It's already rather obvious the Critical Kush will yield very well. The buds are long and filling in nicely. I pinched once or twice on each plant early in veg and removed the bottom third of branches off the main stem. By the way, on this strain and most others, the longer you let them go, the better they will be....

its a lil bit smaller space, its in a walk,in closet, small space aint as much a prob when you lst. as for getting a higher yeild, just keep it in veg a long time. the longer you keep it in veg the more your gonna get. you can keep a plant in veg untill it gets a disease or somthing like that and it dies. i know for a fact you can keep a mother plant 10 years in veg. i took clones from it. having high yeilding strains helps alot too. for pics, i need to find a battery charger for my camera. i was gonna order it from radio shack, that was 3 years ago. i kinda just didnt. but theres a thread about how long you can keep a plant in veg, and really the best answers are you can keep it for years untill it dies. ive always wonder if you kept a plant for years before flowering, how much would you yeild?

also important to note, you will have size probs unless you top trim and cut, putting it in flower without topping alot will make problems, so aim for a bushy plant.

Two Quick questions...how long do you veg for??? And when you say pinch the top do you mean top the plant ???

yes, cut the top off and two tops grow, but it causes the pant to grow out more than up. i veg for about 9 months, give or take.

Regarding this Critical Kush grow, I vegged for 28 days, pinched (or actually femmed). Just 3/4 pinch on the youngest growth at the top of the plant. All the plants reacted differently. Some continued to grow a single main stem, others grew into 2 main stems and others grew into 4-6 tops.

Years ago, maybe 1989, I had a Seed Bank (an original seed bank owned by Nevil in Amsterdam) N.L.5 X N.L. 2 mother plant that was alive for a few years. I estimate I took over 2,000 clones from that plant. I just kept it under 18+ hours of light, fed it a mild veg fertilizer and trimmed back the root ball every 6 months or so. Ended up in a 15 gallon pot at the end before the cops got her.

I'm sure he meant 9 weeks veg......my C.K. really grew tall, even with the topping. More than a 2X stretch with these.

yeah 9 weeks not months lol. i tried the sog but it was really ghetto and just didnt work out. but yeah these do stretch up tall. moving the light closer helps a bit, but some of my leaves stared to curl up.
